I have never ordered direct from Scream Factory before. I am considering placing an order to get the Day Of The Dead & Prince Of Darkness posters. How do they ship the posters? Are they folded and shipped flat or shipped in tubes to avoid creasing.

Folded and shipped flat. You'll get creases but they're not too bad. Kinda adds to the charm I think.

I'm still confused that Shout Factory charged my debit card $80 in July for a purchase made in March (~3 months later); the posters are a cool bonus but unless SF has improved billing practices seem unpredictable.

Slipcovers are like gold around here - you might be able to trade them in for something if you're uncomfortable selling them. Personally, I find slipcovers are only useful if they feature different cover art than the paper sleeve on the main case. Otherwise they're pretty useless I think.
