Just to reiterate, I only know about more double features coming in the New Year because Scream themselves confirmed this on Facebook in response to someone else. No tricks this time, I really am not clear on what could be coming in the form of more double features but I'm certainly looking forward to them... and yes, I'd love to see "New Year's Evil" join the collection, perhaps a double billing will finally make them take the plunge on it

If they released New Year's Evil, it'd be a single, non-CE, BD-Only, like the other MOD upgrades.

But I think, as Cliff and Jeff have both stated, they are interested in doing a blu-ray upgrade of Visiting Hours / Bad Dreams, at some point in 2014.

So, I think that'll be one of them.

I thought Scream had a thing where the cover was reversible and had the original theatrical art on the other side. Isn't that one of the things they do?

That's what they do.

Although they did confuse the hell out of fans with the whole Psycho sequels thing. Imo, it would have been easier to just not called them collector's editions.

The slipcover is not reversible.

I know I'm a bit late to the party on the Chopping Mall talk, but I picked up an 8 Horror Film Collection (Link Here)earlier this year and it included Chopping Mall. The DVD was only released on September 4th 2012 and its copyright was for 2012, so unless the rights JUST expired within the last few months, I would suggest that Lionsgate still has the rights to this film very much locked up. As I stated a few pages back however, Lionsgate usually put's out some cheap Horror Blu's around Halloween,so it wouldn't surprise me if Chopping Mall was part of this year's roll out.

As of now, I'd rule out Chopping Mall from the Scream announcements.

I've been away for a bit so you'll have to excuse me; is Scream announcing 2-3 titles in the near future(?), or did they just announce that they had acquired 2-3 more titles and we have no idea when they're being announced?

What they said was, they were very, very close to closing a deal on 3 titles from 2 companies, and we'd hear about them once the deal was done.

Got my copy of I Come In Peace (Dark Angel) yesterday. Looks pretty good. And having that reverse artwork is great, especially as the film actually uses the "I Come In Peace" title.

Well, you're missing out on a lot.

And it won't be going up for many many months, its not slated until well into 2014.

Mmmmh yummy! Trust me though guys, I only know a little but above anything, I respect the idea of being surprised and Scream has done a hell of job doing just that to us since the beginning. Take my word though, 2014 is bringing great stuff
