I think that's projected, as in how many they think they'll have.
But I agree, you'd think if they expect to have all of those, they'd have something, anything, to share.

It could be projected but Cliff always made it seem like they were stuffed to the brim with titles. I can understand if they don't want to announce 2014 titles just yet but by saying that we will announce 3 titles as soon as the deals close it makes one think that they don't have any titles officially sealed yet and that is why they have to wait to announce. This can't be the case really though because I know that they have to have titles and deals all locked for 2014 already.

Yeah it's strange as Cliff turned down titles saying they are already filled to the brim with upcoming releases, enough for four per month in 2014. Yet, it seems like they haven't really signed too much. I wonder if he just made the comment so people wouldn't get upset that their favourite title was turned down and instead predict what goodness Shout/ Scream has.

Either way, they have turned down a LOT of great titles, and after their Comic Con announcements I don't know what to think. They really delivered with their opening six titles, and have been pretty solid this year as well so I'm not too worried, but still, hopefully they can keep up the pace for 2014. They need some big announcements, something at least in the same ballpark as what Synapse and Arrow have been announcing. And I really hope if they announce Sleepaway Camp, they announce they have the trilogy. I'm sick of having one or two movies of a series on Blu-ray and then waiting years for the rest to complete my collection.

It's only August and a little too soon to announcing titles for next year. I think we'll still see some more announcements for Nov/Dec first.

I doubt we'll get anything more for November. Maybe December, but even then I find that unlikely.

I was under the impression they have already announced all their titles for this year? They already have four titles coming in Nov., and three for Dec. Plus whenever Darkman is coming out, I would assume Dec.

Indeed. Both are coming to Blu-Ray in 2014, and one is one of their most requested titles on Facebook, apparently.

I wouldn't get your hopes up even though it would be great!

I'm thinking Motel Hell and Sleepaway Camp.

I don't think its any of the Sleepaway Camp films, considering they said one has a sizable following. The Sleepaway Camp movies would not be described that way. They all have a big following, and they don't seem like the type to only grab one of them, unless it was just the 1st Sleepaway Camp. But Sleepaway Camp is owned, presumably, by the director/producer, so I think we can probably rule out SLEEPAWAY CAMP.

And mostlikely rule out any films associated with a major company too, as these are still the ones from the 2-film company deal. Like MOTEL HELL and SHOCKER.

2 films that are often requested on their Facebook page:
- Fright Night II
- Without Warning

Maybe one of these will be the "one with the big fan-base"??

Those were my hunches too, perhaps "Hell Night" as an alternate.

The Burbs was already nixed earlier today. Arrow will be releasing it in the UK though. I'm thinking Motel Hell and Shocker.
