We got some great announcements today! Now what's the mysterious third film!? Glad they are still keeping with horror, this is what I like to see.

Also here are some pics of the Prince of Darkness and Psycho sequels' blurays:

Great news! I didn't think Witchboard was that good when I recently watched it for the first time, but it was good enough to pick up. Night of the Demons on the other hand is a classic, so this is all gravy! Hopefully Olive releases part three to complete the trilogy.

And hopefully that means the Sleepaway Camp trilogy is still a possibility! Does this mean we shouldn't trust Cliff anymore as he sure fooled us all. Good on him though, makes this news all the more exciting.

After Cliff & co. shot down Night of the Demons, and all the fans went nuts--I guess they reconsidered! NOTD is classic '80s horror: cheesy, stupid, funny, and Linnea too!! Can't wait!

I know I sure did! I was, like, "Really? You 'passed on it'? You guys better have some AWESOME releases to make up for it!" Lol. And then when they revealed the Comic-Con announcements, all I could think was... "These are what you chose to release instead?!?! W t f." I mean, to each his own, but come on! Lol. Sigh. Thank God, though. They were all I really wanted.

Honestly, I would've preferred they gave "Night of the Demons" and "Witchboard" the special features packed, double feature treatment. Rather than "Night of the Demons" as a collector's edition and "Witchboard" to just be a standard release with whatever. It could've easily made a great double feature.

I think they are as well.

Contrary to what a lot of us think, they do really listen to their fans. It sounds like they will be going after Without Warning as well, and Psycho 4 (As long as 2 and 3 sell well enough). Not to mention a Price Vol. 2 as long as the first doesn't bomb. Plus the TV set that are releasing to test the market.

Hopefully they are listening and give us the Sleepaway Camp trilogy!

And if they were a double feature we'd hear "Why didn't they get stand alone releases"

Im sure Witchboard and the extras will be ported over, at least the commentary but Im holding onto the DVD for now because you never know (take Q for example)

People keep bringing up Fright Night 2 all the time. I guess I need to give that film another chance. I may have never even watched it (I can't remember). My question is: Do people really want that movie or is it just cause Twilight Time did the limited thing with part 1 so folks want to complete their collections or something? I never thought there was ever that much call for that particular film. I must have overlooked it.

Other than kevin, they're not exactly themed or related in any real way at all.

I'd much rather it be the way it is. NOTD is more well known and popular than Witchboard, so it makes sense.

I wouldn't count on Anchor Bay's extras being ported over for either title.
