I haven't heard very good things about their return process from US based customers either, but I've never personally had to return anything to them. They are slow. The few times I have ordered from them, my packages always seem to spend 2 - 3 days in Compton, CA.

The first film has none of the charm that parts 2 & 3 share.

Ghoulies 2 is classic 80's B-Movie fare and deserves a Blu ray release though, regardless if any of the others ever make the transition or not.
Ghoulish 3 is Lionsgate, making that an impossibility.

Tina is great. She was my favorite thing about the movie when I saw it at the theater way back in the day. Kane Hodder has quite an amazing presence as Jason in this movie.

Here's my ranking of the films by order of preference. Part VII: The New Blood ranks a solid fourth place.

Just for fun, here's my personal ranking of the Friday the 13th movies in order of preference.

1. Friday the 13th: Part 2
2. Friday the 13th (1980)
3. Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter
4. Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood
5. Friday the 13th (2009)
6. Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives
7. Friday the 13th: Part 3
8. Friday the 13 Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan
9. Friday the 13 Part V: A New Beginning
10. Freddy vs. Jason
11. Jason X
12. Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday

I'm with you on that, but I figured the only way to get Ghoulies 2 would be some kind of double feature with the first film like with the MGM DVD.

I've seen The Fog there as well. And I do recall possibly seeing Lifeforce and The Burning when they released, but not anymore. Their horror section has always been very limited, now even more so. But if they carry new Scream titles with the slip I'm good with that. It gives me a reason to go there and rack up reward zone points.

Let's hope as October approaches, we'll see more Scream titles to coincide with the usual Horror movie sales Best Budy seem to have every year.

Putting in a vote for "He Knows You're Alone" from 1980. It's the brides to be being stalked by a serial killer movie.

I think MGM has this film so I thought I'd take a shot with it.

Is the transfer for the Fog worth the 22.99$ at best buy if you really like the film? I feel stupid for not grabbing it last night when I was there and am going back to get it (hopefully its still there) just kinda torn on because of budget can't decide if I want to get that or have them do the free order site to store on Day of the Dead. So many great movies coming out in October really trying to limit spending till then but we all know how that goes hah.

Warner Bros. owns this one (due to owning the pre-Turner sale MGM library) so it's a no-go.

I'd love to find a decent MP3 of the song, "It's The Night Again" by Vini Canali, from this movie. It plays during the headphones/fish tank death sequence.

Is Frankenstein Unbound worth $4? It's up at my Stop and Shop, and I'm not sure if I'll like it.

Depends on your expectations. This is easily the best this film has ever looked on home video, so if you're looking for the best home video presentation, look no further, however if you're expecting a near-flawless 2K/4K transfer from the OCN, you'll be disappointed. There are color timing changes, but this film has never exactly had a consistent look on prior home video releases, so the changes aren't that controversial, in my opinion.

Yes. It isn't really groundbreaking or anything, but I liked it and $4.00 is low enough that it's probably worth a shot.

It sounded interesting enough, but Roger Corman tends to be hit-or-miss. I might buy it, as well as the Full Moon movie, Netherworld. Also, Full Moon's Pit and the Pendulum at Family Dollar.
