It's not exactly "Scream Factory" related discussion.
I believe I said I watched Terror Train. That is Scream Factory related.

I see on ebay (not sure if link posting is allowed) that a scream factory slipcover is selling for $14 (current bid) plus shipping! Might as well buy another new copy of the movie already, wow!

That is Crazy I own most of the Scream Factory titles and I have sold all my slipcovers to a member on here. I don't mind slip covers but for me it is extra money to buy more scream titles. I would sale them in lots though about 5 or 6 of them for 15.00 Those prices on E-bay are crazy.

Can someone tell me how this site keeps giving "Scream Factory" discs almost always very favorable reviews regarding the transfers they put out, yet when it comes to the discussions here on these releases there's nothing but complaining about how bad they seem?

Agreed, but buying online and getting a slip is a crapshoot, and finding SF titles in retail stores (especially with slips) is difficult.

All of the transfers have been good and this site is pretty right on in regards to them. The only transfer I think is crap is the Amityville 3-D 2d version of the movie.

Let's just say there is a faction on here that tends to be a little over the top nit picky compared to the average Blu-ray watcher. It's too bad really because this site has a wealth of information for Blu-ray lovers but gets a bad rap outside of it because of the before mentioned faction. Sad too because it drives away people from the industry who don't want to deal with it. I want quality PQ like anyone but some people forget that the theater experience isn't exactly perfect PQ wise but for some reason think their Blu-ray will be at home.

Pretty much. I'm glad I haven't trained my eyes to look for the most ridiculous of flaws in Blu-ray transfers, which is what you have to do to even notice most of them. So far I like what Scream Factory is doing. Although most of their titles are films I wouldn't own, at least they're releasing smaller films that other companies wouldn't have cared about.

I doubt those people really give a crap, you make it sound like the guy is Robert DeNeiro or something

+1.

Theers been nothing for the loyal customer(most of us on here) who pre-order just cheaper prices for those who don't, and while i don't begrudge them, some announcements would be nice.
