How is it possible to not like Pumpkinhead? The movie is creepy as hell. I'm very disappointed that MGM,Arrow or Scream Factory is not releasing this movie on blu-ray. People want movies like Sleepaway Camp on blu-ray,but not Pumpkinhead... Hmm.

I do out of curiosity. But Return to Sleepaway Camp looked like total sh!t.

I liked Return, but its least favorite of the franchise (not counting Sleepaway Camp IV: the Survivor), and pretty annoying at times.

It might seem like the opposite. But I love even the shattiest of Sleepaway Camp film. Its arguably my favorite "indie" franchise.

But I genuinely don't think the show fits on this one, so to speak.
I'd love to be wrong though, seriously.

But to be clear, I definitely think its coming, just not right now.

My favorite indie franchise is Phantasm. Despite the second one being a studio picture, the rest are, so I think it counts.

I wouldn't blame you. I just thought 3 was really mediocre. 4, I like because it went back to the style of the first film, making it a more unnerving experience. Just my thoughts, though.

I would be happy if it turned out to be Hell Night, but I guess we will see soon enough.

The new element of unpredictability is fun; obviously Scream Factory can't release EVERYTHING but some previous denials might still be fair game.

It's a Fright Night Part 2 situation, if I recall correctly. They hadn't been able to determine who holds the rights. It apparently is not with Trancas as I had originally believed.
