Of course, just like the other horror labels are doing: Steelbook with a regular edition. The steelbooks are basically gold. I know it's a lot of money upfront, but there's a lot of money to be made. I can't even begin to explain the possibilities, and that's just with Scream's current titles. Heck they've already got an artist doing covers. I'd buy both version, assuming they were done well.

Either they haven't received their shipment yet or it was pre-sold out (unlikely, especially considering the price).

My Body Bags preorder through Amazon hasn't shipped yet either and is showing an estimated delivery of Thursday the 14th.
I've got Man of Steel coming today so that should tide me over. Hopefully Assault on Precinct 13 and Night of the Comet stay on track for next Tuesday.

I dropped my amazon.ca preorder for Bodybags in favor of Futureshop who, btw, have better pricing on scream titles than amazon.ca (online only). My order there is backordered too, so I guess the shipments are late all over or something.

So I'm assuming they don't pay any attention to pre-order dates when deciding whose order will be given preference? I'm an Amazon Prime member who pre-ordered Body Bags on August 16th, so it does peeve me that I'm being shortchanged here.

Thank God my local Hastings stocks Scream titles at the great price of $19.99 all the time. And they put them out the weekend before, so I was able to get my copy of Body Bags (with pristine Slip

) on Sunday.

Amazon.ca have it in stock which is strange because it's usually them who go out of stock as soon as release day arrives !

I hate you. I went to Newbury Comics the other day, and all they had that I wanted was Swamp Thing. For $30!!! No thanks.
