I think Showtime is the rightsholder.
A day late and a dollar short, but I was looking at my copy of Body Bags, and it looks like this was licensed from Sandy King / Storm King Productions.

Cool! Yah, it still blows me away that Catherine (of Last Starfighter fame, my favourite sci-fi movie behind StarWars 4,5,6) was born in Edmonton! She still looks great today I really wish she'd make an appearance at one of our local FanExpo's...I would so love a photo-op with her!

Night of the Comet is a great set, and Day of the dead is too, the Shout stuff has been pretty great this year (I'm bummed they didn't get Thunderbolt and Lightfoot).

Should be receiving Eve of Destruction today! And The Horror Show shipped earlier this week. Now if only Night of the Comet wasn't still on backorder.

No film, EGGS-actly, it requires an EGGS-tensive knowledge of EGGS-pired old 60's cult-TV series...

**SURPRISE TITLE ANNOUNCEMENT!**

Fans of Canadian 80's horror and animal attack films are in for a treat next Summer as we will be releasing 1983's rat infested DEADLY EYES--which has never been on DVD or Blu-ray before.

The film stars Scatman Crothers (The Shining), Canadian Scream Queens Lesleh Donaldson (Curtains, Funeral Home) and Lisa Langlois (Happy Birthday to Me, The Nest) and if you've seen it, you know what a guilty pleasure it is.

More details on the release will become more clear in early Spring next year.

I love the movie. It's definitely the definition of guilty pleasure. Hopefully this will shut up the people who said SF doesn't do obscure films.
As a proud owner of a daschund, its kind of sad that some of the dogs that were dressed as rats died.
They have to do some interviews with Lisa Langlois and Lesleh Donaldson. I can only imagine the stories…

Would be great to get some interviews with them too though Langlois wasn't on "The Nest" release. Would mostly hope for a commentary on this as i know virtually nothing on the background/behind the scenes info and this will probably be the one chance to get it.Really looking forward to this.

Wait, that's from Warner Brothers, how did they get the rights? Did WB seriously said yes to that but not Creepshow?

WB don't have the rights anymore and scream got them elsewhere.

Delighted with this announcement. Hopefully Scream have more titles previously unreleased on DVD up their sleeve.

Any word as to whether this one will get a Blu-ray or end up on another All-Night Marathon pack?

It seems like a Blu ray release since the announcement says it's never been on it before. I think if it was DVD only, it would just say that it has never on DVD.

Reading the plot and it sounds like I will enjoy it.
