Would anyone happen to have or know where I can get this cover in hi res? Or even a custom for Criterion All that Jazz? Cant seem to find one at any of the sites I am a member at.

All 5 of these were a big part of my childhood. I forgot I had these covers in various stages of completion so I took some time tonight to finish them. Just basically all the legal stuff. If anyone has or knows where to get a higher res version of the Part 2 front image I would be grateful. Some images were changed because I couldn't find the exact images in hi res.

I always thought that the title typography for I Am Divine looked like it could be made into a rotational ambigram. I finally tried creating it, and I think the results are fairly decent. It's not perfect, but even in the original cover, the title is sort of hard to read. Now if only the film would come out of Blu-ray.

I want to do a cover for the 30th anniversary edition. Tired of looking at the house that is on just about every cover...ever. I've been trying some differet things and I keep coming up with this. Opinions wanted.

Instead of just cropping the cover why don't you use something completely different?

Actually, your post illustrates the problem I've had trying to come up with something different, but not so, um...cheesy.

I'll leave my tentative cover on my desktop for a few days and mull it over. I'd love to hear from anyone else that has any thoughts on this.

I rather like it. In fact, I think I like it a lot.

I know what you're referring to... everything else looks like clip art randomly dropped into the poster frame. Maybe you could play with using some photoshop FX on the title? Nothing too colorful, but maybe along the lines of a shadow drop or semi-transparent? Even if you keep it "as is", I'd download it. Have you thought about the spine and back cover? I imagine you'd want it to match with other Twilight Time spines... maybe you could carry over the star field from the upper areas of the poster (so it's not just plain black on the spine).

Below is my "V1" front with the spine I will use. I'm thinking I'll make two versions. I will work up a back similar to Twilight Time's but with my own "adjustments". I like my covers to look somewhat official, but with some custom touches.

I just want to say I am sorry to anyone I may have offended with the inappropriate and sensitive image that was on the back of the Fright Night cover I posted. I had forgotten that I had put that on the back as a joke to a friend.
