I don't mean to take matters into my hands, I'm just curious but what other sites are they on?

Default a few requests

I would like to politely request a Leon the Professional cover (even if it's just a scan of the original). Thanks so much

Canada bpmford - The James Bond Collection

Here is my set for the complete James Bond collection on Blu-ray. They are grouped into 4 sets of 6. The covers are designed for 15mm 6-disc cases. Since there are only 22 films and 24 spots, the last cover was left open for two future titles. They took forever to get right!

So, here they are:

The James Bond Collection - Blu-ray

If there is enough of a demand, I will make 25mm versions for the thicker 6-disc cases (but it will take a lot of work, so hopefully these are good!).

And of course, if trusted users want them, PM me with your email, and I will get them to you!

Wow bpmford, those covers are simply amazing. I'm new to the site, been using it for the past year and finally decided to sign up. With this being my first post I know I'm not a "trusted" user yet (which is understandable given the recent events) but are those covers going to be available for download on DVD Covers Fusion anytime in the near future?

Upon receiving an apologetic pm from imre (abuser) I have requested that they come out and fully apologize to all the artists affected by his/her actions. So far, the forum has been silent of imre, so I don't know if he/she will actually do it. I also said that he should make sure the credits he's received for other artists work is redistributed to give credit where it is due.

On the more redemptive note, I will not consider this matter closed until he/she does so, however I am very committed to keeping the integrity of this thread intact. so I will continue to post previews for now and will honor request for the full res. via pm. I'm not sure about other artists, but I think trust needs to be restored to this thread. I love this thread too much to give it up. This is why I write this long post is because I want to encourage everyone in this thread, esp. artists who are members of other sites, to keep your eyes peeled for actions like this that jeopardize the integrity of this fabulous thread. The kind of stuff that takes place on 9covers is hands down unacceptable and the admin. on that site that allow this sort of stuff to happen will eventually run into trouble when they illegally post someones copyrighted material. It breaks my heart that artists have to deal with this and it has sort of become the norm. I don't mean to sound like a cheese ball, but if we watch each others' backs like we've been doing thus far, then I guarantee we will be making it much more difficult for them to do this often in the long run.
Here, here...very well put!!!

Upon further investigation I guess I'm going to have to wait for bpmford to make a 25mm version of the covers (if you are going to) since I can't find anywhere in the US that makes the 15mm 6 disc covers (only in Australia can I find them)

Nice...but one question, where do you get the cases?
I have an order with one of the vendors (American) that are back ordered currently but I noticed you have the smaller 6 disc cases.

They will, I will just have to wait to make sure my sizes are correct!

I might be one of the only ones with some ... I ordered 14 a while back from the vendor in Australia for all my sets ... Would 4 25mm ones work better for you?

How thick are the Vernon ones? I have a bunch of those and would love to get those bonds from you.

they are thicker than the ones bpm bought from Aus though but think they may be 25mm. I would love them too bp if you decided to make them larger.

Here's my take on the cover. I'll be doing some more editing to make it mostly black. Adding a few more logos and such:

Yea no prob at all cinephile. You guys gave us a big XII shalacking this year! The big XII has been so unbalanced all year.

As for the cover. I want everything to be all black with a slight gray shine so I'll be working on it a bit more.

Tell me what you're using. Are you printing through PS or your printer software? I'm afraid I can only help you if you're printing through photoshop. And what is the paper/size of paper?

Well, I'm using a mac, on regular photo paper if that helps. I also have a pc if that would make a difference. Could you use the basic(free version) of photoshop?

I use CoverXP(I believe they have a mac version). I would recommend using something like Brochure paper, I find that photo paper tends to be too thick for me to bend easily.

Part 1:

It doesn't matter what computer you use (mac or pc) they'll print the same. I'm sure you could use the free trial of photoshop, but it will only last you for a month. If you do use photoshop, and I'd imagine that this goes for any other program, I would use 8.5 x 11 in. semi-glossy paper, brochure paper. Obviously you would need to set it to print the whole image horizontally. With the settings you need to go to print options and change the size of the default borders it prints around the cover. I set mine to 0.00 in. so that it will print the whole cover without chopping any of it off.

This is the tricky part and where I get messed up sometimes: When you click OK and the dialogue box prompts you to look at your paper/type quality settings, make sure you have it set to print at "maximum dpi" or at least "best", otherwise your print will look like shit on a pancake.

If you're printing a cover for a case larger than 4-disc, then you're going to need to use longer paper. I don't know yet if they sell longer photopaper.

Canada bpmford Covers - The James Bond Collection

Alright guys, this will be a long one, but made some changes to the James Bond Collection covers...

1. Brightened up everything
2. Fixed some spelling
3. Made the spines span to all 4 covers
4. Made 25mm alternatives (for everyone else) (had to re-arrange, but it worked)
5. Re-sized to proper dimensions

Sorry so long, but here they are:

The James Bond Collection

15mm Covers

25mm Covers

How they look Book-Ended

Hope you guys like, again PM me if you want them, and be sure to include your email and which size. Trusted members only. I will wait a bit and do a bulk email in case there is a bunch of interest, so be patient.
