Yes, the comp was at fuzion, it just finished the other day!

Both covers are there, but the green one is still under batboy's name for the comp.

I like the digibook art; here's an adapted version, still very rough.
(If you look closely, the back text is from Red Dragon!)

Though I'm sure we could come up with some very cool new ideas...

Yes, most players play burned BD discs, but I'm not sure how that's relevant since these are alternate covers for commercially available Blu-rays.

As to your first question, almost all the covers posted here fit Blu-ray cases.

Anyone have a different cover for Trick R' Treat? I ordered from Amazon when it was marked down and I assumed the cover was the one being shown with the sack on his head.

Instead, I got the pumpkin head version.

EDIT: Here's the site with the pic. Apparently, they aren't fans of embedding the pics.

http://www.aintitcool.com/node/41709

I know this is the DVD cover, but its the only pic I could find.

I'd appreciate someone's custom work if it's similar to the first cover. I'm not a fan of the second cover.

Sam with the sack is only on the slipcover for that movie. If you received the movie without a slipcover, you will get the pumpkin head only.

I thought the same thing too, but I was at Fry's yesterday, and they had the sack cover as the regular cover. There was no slipcover with this one either.

I find that slipcovers are hit and miss...

Sometimes they fall off or get taken off somewhere along the rout to the retial store... But generally manufacturers are shrink-wrapping them inside now!

Anywho, I think there are two versions floating aound of that one, not sure why they would bother doing two versions, but they did!

I didn't get a slip either, but I did get the sack cover too.

However I didn't get the digital copy that shows on your picture. Mine is a 1 disc, was that a limited run or something?

From what I understand, Trick R Treat at first release had a slipcover. It featured sack Sam. Underneath that cover was a pumpkin head Sam. The first release also had the digital copy as well.

Now if memory serves, they did away with the slipcover and the artwork for the insert became sack Sam. The same one you would see on the slipcover. They also did away with the digital copy as well.

So there are two versions. If your insert has just the pumpkin head, it's missing the slipcover. If yours has sack Sam on the insert, it never had a slipcover. It also may or may not have a digital copy.

Digital copies are first run unless the studio releasing it sees fit to keep it going. Most do not.
