It depends on the case you're using. Here's a list of case sizes:

3106x1748 (59 spine) (1,2 Disc) Viva Elite Case
3114x1762 (Single and Double 6mm spine)
3116x1762 (70 spine) (1 Disc) Vortex Case
3118x1748 (143 spine) (US standard, 1,2,3 Disc) Viva Elite Case
3142x1748 (165 spine) (4,5,6 Disc) Viva Elite Case
3154x1748 (177 spine) (4,5,6 Disc) Viva Elite Case
3165x1748 (143 spine) (1,2,3 Disc) Viva Elite Case
3173x1762 (127 spine) (Europe Standard) Vortex Case
3189x1748 (167 spine) (4,5,6 Disc) Viva Elite Case
3190x 1762 (146 spine) (4/5/6 Disc) Viva Elite Case
3206x 1762 (170 spine)
3216x 1762 (3, 4, 5 & 6 disc 14mm spine)
3234x1762 (186 spine) (3,4 Disc) Vortex Case
3240x1900 (170 spine) Criterion Case
3260x1748 (284 Spine) (7,8,9,10 Disc) Viva Elite Case
3305x1762 (257 spine) (3,4,5,6 Disc) Vortex Case

All the major cover sites consider 3173x1762 (127 spine) (Europe Standard) Vortex Case to be the standard size. Which is a 12mm spine on replacement cases (1-3 disc capacity).

With the exception of the Criterion covers, all my covers are made and printed at that size.

Just thought I would put together a blu-ray cover for Crossroads. Just used the current DVD cover as a base...

Also, didnt see any blu-ray covers for The Hidden, so I made a quick one of it as well..

Here is Staying Alive:

and yet another...Nancy Drew!!

Sure, I use Adobe photoshop. I have used it for years. Basically you scan in the DVD Cover at 600DPI, then I use a blu-ray template that I created several years ago and then you design the new blu ray cover using the scan and the template.

You have to have knowledge of using photoshop to do this. I have been designing covers for over 10 years using photoshop. I was actually big into wrestling covers when I first started, but now Im into designing for movies...

Awesome! I dabble a little in photoshop and am eager to try this. Is there a chance I could get a copy of your template?

My first time viewing this thread and there are some awesome covers here. I feel lame for this request, but has anyone made custom covers for any of the Mill Creek double features, but for each individual movie seperately. Currently I'm seeking one for the movie Basic. I already have SWAT, which was the other half. Hoping someone with my same ocd has done this since those covers are horrific. I've stayed away from double releases in general but may pick up others that don't have single releases.

I've been buying a number of the 4K discs lately (shocker) but have not done much for custom covers as yet (Labyrinth being the exception). But, Universal's covers for the new Bourne discs is just so, um, bland, that I decided to cook up a set using (mostly) original one sheet art and matching spines.

Default The Flash: Season 1

I posted this not long ago, on Euphoric FX and CustoManiacs...and then I noticed a small but important error on the back panel. In fixing it, I also reworded the summary and features list a little...so hopefully, its finally done now. What do you all think?

The CM post has been fixed; still working on EFX...
