I use RoyalBrites Premium Photo Paper - Brilliant Gloss

It's a bit heavier stock, but it looks good.

I know I'm in the minority, but matte presentation paper gives me good results. As for cutting, I use a straight edge, x-acto knife, and a flat pane of glass...

This is what I use. It's still a bit thicker than I would like, but I feel like the average glossy photo paper is even thicker. I hope this isn't discontinued, Amazon usually has a re-stock date on it when they run out.

I’ve had this paper and imo it’s way too thick.

To be the best inkjet glossy paper for covers. I’ve used it on my epson expression 15000 and it’s perfect. Took a lot of trial and error.

69lbs - that's insane. Anything over ~50lbs is way too thick. (and even that is thick).

So, I had to take all my sleeved DigiBooks and move all the disks into Amaray Cases.
A few Disks we're starting to get stuck in the Glue holding the cardboard pages together.
I now need a massive ton of art.
I'm sure I can find some online, but I know I'll need some made, and I can scan in some of my DigiBooks to make Sleeve Art.

Does anyone know where to get decent art online?
I tried two or three of the Sleeve Art websites over the years, but even with paying, I was unable to find a whole lot that I actually need.

I also use matte presentation paper. I use Epson brand off Amazon. Once it's behind the clear plastic of a case I can't tell the difference.

Very nice! Stardragon, can you help me out please? I have The Hills Have Eyes (1977) 4K UHD from Germany and the mediabook is large. Can you please create cover art for it so it can fit in a regular 4K case? Much appreciated!
