Sorry a bit naive here....

Depends of the author of the cover. Some of us just wants to show their private work, some will send you files after you DM them and some will upload them to the site where you can buy it.

So basically DM the artist that posted the cover you like and ask.

I haven't seen it either but my understanding is it is basically a PG version of Deadpool 2 told as a kind of bedtime story to Fred Savage by Ryan Reynolds.

It's basically a PG-13 cut of Deadpool 2 with some jokes poking at the censorship here and there (including a joke involving the censor bleep and Matt Damon that pushes the rating a bit).

Best joke though IMO is the spine of the book Wade reads from. "Deadpool 2: King James Version".

That's exactly what it is. If you liked Deadpool movies then it's fun to see once. There are cool bookends riffing The Princess Bride, but apart from that its "Deadpool 2" again, but with some alternative jokes and toned down. Fun experiment to see, but the Theatrical Cut is still the superior one for me and the one I woul like to rewatch.

Is DP2 for a 15mm or a 12mm case? It looks like the same width as DP1, but the 4K release is four discs.

12mm. My copy of DP2 is one of those 12mm cases that holds 4 discs. Was it also sold in a 15mm case version?

Don't forget that it also cuts out a lot of the movie. Most of the original opening scene is gone due to the R rating and no way to tone it down. Watch it once, but don't waste time buying it or creating a cover.

The version in Canada is (or at least they switched from it or to it at some point if we got the 12mm version).
