OK, here's what I've come up with, for the first Iron Man film. Please bear in mind, that this is not a final design - it is purely for feedback purposes only. What do you think: too much red, too formal with the picture arrangement on the back, anything else a concern? I don't have much of an ego when it comes to this kind of thing, so feel free to voice your criticisms - I'm not doing this just for myself, y'know!

By no means am I a cover art purist, but this definitely looks great!

Pretty good, only things I have to say is the background image for the text doesn't really blend that well in my opinion and the big Disney logo on the spine. Maybe for the films from Iron Man to Iron Man 3 have the paramount logo be where the castle is? And then have the Disney Entertainment logo be replaced with a UHD logo.

Hoping someone does a conversion of the WA Complete Thin Man Collection with a 25mm spine for a 7 disc case. That way the bonus disc from the DVD box can be added.

I would agree. I like the front and back, but find the spine a bit busy. Though, given the design, I would suggest looking for the longest title in the MCU and see how it fits with your design style. I feel the longer titles might force you to make them too small to still fit.

I've already thought of that. So for example, the Avengers and Spider-Man film logos would have the main part of the logo on the left, and the subtitle on the right. The Same would be done with the Thor sequels, or two-level logos like the Captain America and Guardians of the Galaxy franchises.

Just a little proof of concept for the eventual release of Superman (2025).

This poster is FABULOUS and will translate so well to blu-ray artwork. Knowing Warner, I likely won't even need to use a custom cover, but if I do, I've already got this started.

With the upcoming Turbine releases in 3D, I decided to revamp my original Transformers covers. Also, added full blu-ray & UHD versions to go with the 3D for all the live action films.

Excellent start. You probably won't need to finish for almost a year, but getting ahead of the curve is usually a good idea.

Thanks! And I noticed that too. They were corrupted. I replaced them and they should be the correct files now. Also, I've noticed sometimes the cache doesn't clear out the tiny preview image and you have to click on the cover you want and then it'll show the corrected image.

After taking a years long hiatus from making covers (work and other "stuff" will do that), I have found myself with more free time (retirement will do that) and recently, the urge to dabble in custom covers again. What got me started again was the announcement of a favorite but long neglected film, The Keep from Vinegar Syndrome. They have done a bang-up job on the film, but a terrible (IMO) job on the artwork. They have made their pricey Limited Edition look like a cheap slasher flick (which they do a lot of). This is not that and deserves a better cover using the iconic poster art. I came up with this...



Of course, once it starts, it's hard to stop . I decided to fix something I have disliked since the 4K release. I know this is art used on virtually every DVD and Blu-ray release but, to me, THIS is the only Lost Boys...



And then there is the recent UK release of Twister. Universal released in the UK on a BD100 disc with Dolby Vision as opposed to Warner in the US on a BD66 with only HDR10. Had to have it, and had to make a new cover...



Then there is the recent announcement of a new special edition of the highly underrated Constantine. When I started a WiP for this, I found I could not decide which art I preferred. I expect to finish both...

There are apparently a slate of Eastwood films coming from Warner in 4K. The first two I have started are automatic purchases, and likely will need new covers..
