Hey too all

Just wanted to post in here and say you guys n maybe gals are doing awesome things, i actually gone from post 1 till the last page because i was stunned by some of the quality art work.

i truely wish i had the knowledge to be able to create such thingts like this myself ...

Any one willing to pm me a list of programs that a beginner would need to start off please.

keep up the awesome work

ps hope to see a unique predator artwork one of these days if anyone up to the task

My latest cover. I loved this movie and it's grainy, rich film look. So I threw a bunch of grain onto the cover, and as we all know, grain looks best on black and white. Not really black and white as concrete gray and dark grey. I think it goes well with the prison theme.

If your willing to pay... Photoshop, also GIMP, Paint.net. Those are just a few I can think of off the top of my head. I use Photoshop, most of the covers you see in here are made using that program. If your looking for a step by step thing, I think bpmford posted something a few pages back.

A Work In Progress for my own LotR - RotK cover. The titles are made by me using the Ringbearer font.

That should work, it has all the basic function of Photoshop, for a beginner it is good.

GiMP is free and can do more than elements and almost everything photoshop can do. Did I mention it's free?

Here's a Rocky WIP.

The idea, is EXTREMELY simplistic. As you can see it's merely Rocky on the front.

I want to put 1 screenshot on the back from each movie when it comes to the different covers, that specializes on a Special moment from that film, and then do the usual text/specs for that film. Here's what I have for Rocky 1.

Edit: Just 1 favor. Can someone provide me with at least the specs and/or 1 screenshot per film for each of the Rocky films? I'd be most apreciative.

that cover looks awesome so far, and i cant wait to see(use) the complete set
