Hey DV8, do you upload your covers at any custom cover sites anywhere? After seeing your gallery I really like quite a few of your covers and would like to use them, and I don't wanna sound like a greedy @$$ asking you for like 15 different covers... I would rather stay on your good side

As for the Number Four...the lens flares don't sit well with me. It's just a personal preference thing, but I think they're very much late 90s/early 2000s Photoshop, and after JJ Abrams inserted them into every scene in the last Trek movie, I never want to see one again.

Maybe it's just a personal gripe, I dunno, but I'm not sure they're necessary.
Oh cool, I didn't see any of his stuff uploaded there so I thought I would ask... by the way, I checked out your Mel Brooks covers over there... very nice, I likes them a lot...

Edit: Hmmmm... imagine that, I search by his name and a bunch of stuff comes up! Yay!

Thanks DV8 for being on EuphoricFX!

Im a resident artist at euphoricfx.org so my covers are not in the general area.

you can always search for something of mine you found on the gallery or click on the "cover art" tab, then click on "resident artists" then click "dv8pdx". All my work for download is in there. I think I have about 144 items there.

edit: ah, you found me!

@Imrahil2001 - The lens flare is used in the trailers/intro thats why I used them in the cover. I don't mind them, and didn't mind them in ST. I did the cover with and without them, and the cover looks really flat/empty without them.

Nice... NICE... my last post about your LotR covers got buried so I figured I'd ask again. I really want to use these to house the Theatrical versions AND the Extendeds when they are released... would it be easy to just remove the lettering that says "Original Theatrical Blu-ray Edition" or is there a chance that you still have the original .psd file that it could be removed from? I don't wanna be a pain in the arse so if its too much trouble I understand. I'll "make do" with the awesome cover thats available to me

I am going to update those to say "special extended editions" or "ultimate blu-ray editions" or something since I originally created them with extended in mind way before a release date. Should have those done this weekend.

its not really used in the movie per say, so your safe there! lol its more so at the beginning titles and with the light shinning from behind the element logos producing lens flare in the trailers. I may do one of each with and without and see what people think.

I only use brochure paper, and at the start I had the same problem with too wet/bleed until I realized my printer has a brochure setting, and after setting it to that, the prints are amazing studio quality - same thickness, they don't crack or fade or stick to the covers and the same quality prints on both sides for double-sided artwork.

I don't know if this is the place to ask and don't want to get in trouble but could anyone provide me with Hi RES Scans of the
Tron Bluray cover art official
and the Tron Legacy 3d/2d 4 disc case art official
Preferably to suit a 14mm case aka Europe case size

I purchased the the Limited Identity disc packaging and would like to put the discs into cases.

James
