That's what I do, too. For each studio, I picked a back cover I liked the most and re-did all the stuff at the bottom. Whatever text I would need to change for each movie I would type in red.

Photoshop is the ideal program for what we do, but I know a couple of artists that use other design programs.

Well well well the Jedi master returns... I see you've returned from your vacation away from the BD.com community... welcome back! Oh, I wanted to say that I saw your sketch on EFX.org of Saving Private Ryan... bravo... tried to comment over there but something was preventing me from it, kept messing up, so I just want to say its amazing! I was never good with charcoal myself, I was more of a pencil artist, acrylics too! charcoal always ended up looking like a black hole! ha

Thanks 350! I'm still technically "on vacation", although I wouldn't call it "vacation" but rather moving. I'll be back in full swing when I have my new office set up at home. But thanks for the complements on the sketch. Ya know, it was actually 100% graphite! No charcoal was used. I will be starting work on a charcoal sketch soon though. I'll keep everyone over at efx posted.

I was wondering if anyone was up for making a Let Me In cover based of this newly released Swedish poster.

dv8pdx, I'm looking in your direction. You know I'm a huge fan of the movie and an ultra fan of your previous Let Me In custom cover. You're all talented, who's up for it?

Selling Custom Covers is very frowned upon by studios because the images and logos are copyright protected, but there are a couple versions of watchmen AND BTTF that have been around here on the site. If you look those wonderful artists may be willing to send them to you via pm if you request.

bartlettphoto actually posted links to his back in October... if its not okay to quote this post please let me know and I will edit it... I don't wanna do anything uncool to the original artist

I meant to make something more in the period of the original...oh well, back to the drawing board!
Those are a lot better than what MGM wrapped the movie in! Do you think you might finish these guys?
