I want someone to make a Tron box with a tag line (right beheath the title) that says, "Can you dig it?"

I actually found an unedited version of the photo at a crazy 9mb 6000 pixel size I could fix it up now (except for the Tron Classic logo because my photoshop skills suck). Though whether I can be bothered is another thing, hehe. Maybe

The cover looks really great overall!

I'm not sure if you were planning on this already, but the one thing that could use a little tweeking is the beam of light coming out of his hands on the front cover. It kind of just ends abruptly. IMO you should either extend it all of the way to the top of the cover, or maybe just shift the 'Disney' logo slightly so that the 'y' in Disney connects with and covers up the end of the beam.

Yeah I was considering doing that - when I was making this cover though it was like 2am in the morning There's a few other changes I'd like to make too, if I can be bothered

However if there's any demand for it I'll try to finish it off

I just finished getting caught up in this thread since I'm a newbie here (read the last 150+ pages). I can't believe some of the amazing work you guys have done! I have a couple of questions/requests:

@dv8pdx- Did you ever finish that Judge Dredd custom? (I looked at your gallery & it's that's not the one you were working on here last year, also looked at euphoricfx.org and you don't have it listed)

@DVDmike - The Mad Max custom you did last year did not have a link, did you ever finish it? If so, I would love a copy

@Demonology - I found a great Pulp Fiction custom that you did that is not listed at euphoricfx.org either, could you PM it to me?

@BigDumbWookiee - I love that mock up NES cover you did for Scott Pilgrim, where can I download the blu ray cover art?

And last but not least .....@bpmford, I sent you a PM for 1 cover that isn't listed at euphoricfx.org, please let me know if you can help me out (I hope you still allow people to ask you directly for your work )

Imrahil, I'm just curious but do you ever reply to other WIPs other than your own at efx? I only ask because I haven't been around awhile and I made a point to always reply to yours, bpms, and dv8s WIPs. The guys over there sorta maintain the policy that if you respond to other peoples' WIPs then you should get responses on yours in return. Kind of give and ye shall receive sorta thing.

The thing that keeps getting me on this cover is the clashing color palettes. The new Tron color scheme is really pastel compared to the original--aqua blue and orange instead of the more primary blues and reds of Tron, and that shows in the logos and clashes. I think you might need to sacrifice the original color scheme and shift them so they tone in better (BPM struggled with the same thing on his recent collection cover, and when he switched I think it made a world of difference).

You could, of course, do it the other way, but that seems like swimming upstream since most of your cover is the "new" style.

I think the concept is really neat though; it's one of those things where you'll look at the front logos, and won't even notice at first that there's an arm, and then find it leading around to the back. I like the way it ties together.

I put a helmet on her for something different, just to see what it'd look like (since the back quote talks about videogames being the future, and she's holding a disc which makes it seem like she's in a game). Plus for some more photoshop skill practice since I've never done something like that before. I was never really sold on it though but thought I'd show it anyway

Its pretty much all experimentation to see what works & what doesn't

Because i'm 100% sure i've never done a cover for that movie title.
So if someones credited my name to it then they must be wrong.

Can you post a preview of that cover in question and i may be able to help identify the artist who made it.

I was just wondering, do any of you custom Blu-ray cover artists ever take requests? I am working on a project and would LOVE to find someone that would be willing to work up 3 covers, it is a Trilogy I am working on, and if this is the wrong place to post this, please let me know where I am supposed to and I will delete this ASAP.

Yea I can understand that. I generally follow the same rules. You're right though, the WIP posting is rather limited to a few that make the effort to post on everyone's WIPs. I'm just sorry I haven't been around for a while to post on yours. If it's any consolation whatsoever I like looking at your WIPs.
