Yeah. If you're not using photoshop, or something of equal caliber, you're not going to create a good cover...

I remember someone saying they were using Paint once... haha. You really need all the various things that photoshop offers, ESPECIALLY layers.

Hi all
I have been getting a few request through here and other sources for the Harry Potter Covers i recently produced, although sharing is nice i would however like to keep these covers for my own collection to make them unique, so i thought as i would no longer be using the previous versions i made that had the Ultimate editions covers on the front, that i would upload a higher res version of these that folks could download, you will find them on my deviantart page at http://cragman69.deviantart.com/gallery/ Enjoy

Can anyone make a Sucker Punch cover. Unfortunately and as usual I hate Warner Brother's extended edition art.

I really love the art itself in those "box set - collection" covers...

But what I miss, almost 99% of the time, are the specs of the movies inside.
Nobody include what I think is the most important (audio, aspect ratio, running time, and sometimes bonus materials)

But I guess it's just me.

Aside of that matter, I find your work on this to be really great!!! (and I mean it)

Well, the black / purple gradient was on the spine of the retail box; I just copied it for the whole cover. Besides, I think it helps the blue tones to blend in a little better.

As for the rest of the cover, I'd call it about 90% done. I have a few (minor) tweaks to do, then it'll be ready for download. I'll be posting the final preview and download links very soon, so stay tuned!

OK, I hit a small "snag" in finishing the back panel for my "BTTF" cover. I need a hi-res shot of the lightning bolt striking the Hill Valley Clock Tower; could anyone do an HD (1920 x 1080) screencap of it? Thanks in advance!

Sorry buddy, but this is not a custom cover, this is the french cover art. You would have to buy from Amazon.fr or FNAC

I made these for the Japanese HD DVD a few years back. I used BunnyDojo's rear cover,(after seeking permission).
If anyone wants to use them as a basis for a blu ray version, be my guest. I don't have hi-rez versions, unfortunately.

Hey Moviefan, It might be too late now but I think I would have added some photoshop filters to Doc brown to get that Struzan art look. Maybe when you get some time you can mess with it.
