Still working on this...

Severin still have not released a list of the Special Features but apparently there are a number of new features including an interview/feature on the mercenary whose exploits served as an inspiration for Daniel Carney's novel.

These are all wonderful. I cannot wait to see them completed.

I'm attempting to start making my own customs using photoshop. I have some templetes but am having a hell of a time trying to figure out how to layout the spin. Could anyone give me a step by step on doing those it would be greatly appreciated.

I love all your Hitchcock covers...for the life of me I can't understand why they aren't using the original posters for the covers in the first place. Warner did so with the majority of their catalog DVD releases from the 30s-50s and they're still some of my favorite covers.

Illest Villain made some great templates for the studio's with the spines already marked out - these should help.

As a huge Hitchcock fan, thank you!

Some of my favorite DVD covers were Warner's covers from their Hitchcock signature set. Great use of poster art on their part.

Thanks... to be fair, Warner still DOES use the orignal art on their DVD releases... however the majority of Hitchcock films aren't Warner Bros... my Strangers On A Train and Suspicion use the same pieces of art.

Obviously there are many more Hitchcocks and I will continue to put them together, but it is frustrating that a title like Rear Window and Vertigo will have such great posters, and The Man Who Knew Too Much, which came between them, has such a terrible, cut-and-paste one. Psycho is my favorite film, but that's one classic poster I never bought because it really is just bad. The iconic imagery we now associate with it - the house, the motel, even Norman bates - are all but missing, since Hitchcock wanted you to believe it was a film about Janet Leigh (hence making the shower scene all the more shocking).

Hey all,

Apologies if this is a re-post, but here's some custom blu-ray art for Drive. In my opinion, this is 65165 times better than the standard art.

Hi all,

Well I just read the first page of this thread, specifically where it says not to post art that isn't your own creation. I didn't realize that, and I want to make it clear that I did NOT create the Drive cover that I posted. I just thought it was awesome and worth sharing. Hopefully no one got the wrong impression.

Meh, I prefer the actual poster art that was used. And that hot pink was NEVER acceptable, on ANY of the Drive posters.

Something like this? Luckily I knew the fonts for the title treatment and the one for the numbers so I could extend them across the back. i don't have the disc or the specs yet so I figured I'd just mock-up the front and see how it looked.

I just saw the Mondo poster for Drive, it'd be cool to use that for a cover. I may work on something, since I'll probably end up snowed in at work.
