Do you pay for this (blu-ray.com) site? How does this site function if you don't?
I think Blu-ray.com gets a little back from Amazon when you link from this site to Amazon to purchase

One Cover site charges $12 a year. Another charges $6 for 100 points and it charges 3 points to down load covers

Of course with customaniacs you get 6 credits for each custom cover you create and upload, 2 credits for every disc label and 1 credit for uploaded and accepted art...

It adds up

If they're popular they too can advertise.

And the scanned covers fulfill a certain function for a certain segment and don't pretend it doesn't. To profit off of that function is wrong.

Default can anyone help me out?

Can anyone do a custom dvd artwork for Phil of the Future. I recently purchased a bootleg of the complete series from a site and they didn't come with a dvd case so I bought a 10 quad case for them. The spine is 1 and a quarter inch thick. I bought this for my girlfriend as a birthday present and I want it to look nice! So if anyone could help me out that would be awesome! Will also pay some money for this as well! Please PM if you can. Thanks

You could be right. I deleted my post.

But he was wrong when he stated "only people who pirate movies and then burn them to disc use scanned covers"

Last week I purchased the Cowboys and Aliens, a rental disc, no case, no cover for $5. I down loaded a scanned copy, put it in a case and added the blu to my list.

I split sets so each movie has its own case like The Mel Brooks Collection and The Stanley Kubrick Collection (Which has no new slips for, so they remain in blue cases unlabeled.)

A few months ago I did a 4-disc set that compiled the theatrical edition DVDs of the "Star Wars" original trilogy from 2006 with the "Bonus Materials" disc of 2004 (with the excellent "Empire of Dreams" documentary) in one Viva Elite 4-disc BD case.

I have received a request to do individual movie cases that would allow putting (for example) the SE blu-ray of "Episode IV: A New Hope" with its theatrical release DVD counterpart in a 2-disc case.

So, months after the rash of pages and pages of "Star Wars" custom covers I am going to revisit that galaxy far, far away

Thats actually a very good idea, why didn't I think of it.

Hopefully you'll post what you come up with for us to see.

Ha ha, I still have a few up my sleeve.

I did an Original Trilogy set for a guy who wanted to include the "GOUT" DVDs with his Blu-Rays. Can't share these, of course, but maybe they are good for inspiration?

Very interesting. I however will be using different cover posters for ANH and TESB per my clients request.

I like the use of a Star Wars gold for the photo bars though

Very nice Nissen.
Really like the "ship" motif on the reverse - makes a change from character motifs.

Is the Jedi cover several posters combined?

Awesome work. I like the covers better than the actual movies, lol.

I have to admit that the black title logos throw me. It kinda works for Star Wars, not so much for the other two. Maybe it's just not what I'm used to, but the Jedi one is actually a bit hard to make out.
Hmmmm, how weird - can't say I'd ever really noticed the Death Star at the top before.
That's why I thought it was a few posters combined.

I agree. I am not a fan of those black Title Treatments. I will be usimg white or gold for mine.

As for the front covers I am basing my "A New Hope" cover and "The Empire Strikes Back" cover on their respective UK Quad's. My "Return of the Jedi" cover is going to be based on the one-sheet.

So I'm tired of taking my covers to Office Depot, what's the cheapest printer out there for our purposes? Any help would be appreciated.
