In the case of this cover, high-resolution elements were used for all logos as well as the brilliant artwork on the front by Jay Shaw. All text in the white spaces on the back was redone. Criterion’s signature boxes on the front and spine are from the standard template, but I’ve preserved the off-kilter boxes on the back.

As usual, my conversions are sized for the Criterion/Scanavo clear Blu-ray case (3240x1900 px). The first version uses the title treatment from the “primary” Criterion digipak spine; the second stays with the title treatment that appears on the front and back illustrations. Both versions are available at EuphoricFX, or PM me with your e-mail address (requestors will receive both by default).

113750, second one, is the one I'd choose.

Anyone have a cover for Scanavo case for THE GAME? More in linbe with mirroring the LD graphic design though instead of some of this hipster revisionist hoo hah lately.

Great work! I think another Criterion cover that will need to be converted is Dazed and Confused. Just printed out your Fantastic Mr. Fox....simply stunning!

Does anyone have a scan of the Tarantino XX Collection sized for a 10-Disc case? I would also like some custom inside artwork using some of the inside digipack artwork too

I really like your design but having the hotel so prominent on the bottom may actually cause formatting problems with the white text.
I tried what you said but when I did it it looked really empty where I centered it so this time I took a completely different route.... what do you think?

I don't know what I like anymore. I've been staring at "The Shining" for way too long!

I never saw that poster before! Very Cool. The only thing I'm not sold on is that the water skiers look like they are out of 1960 instead of 1983. Maybe that was the look he was going for?

At any rate I wish Universal would release ALL the Jaws sequels on blu-ray. I'm already making 4 custom covers for the Jaws series. The front and spines are complete as are the montage of photos that I'm using for the back. C'MON UNIVERSAL...GIVE US THE JAWS SEQUELS. Part 3 in real 3-D and Revenge with the original U.S. theatrical ending.

Good Instincts! I like both #1 and #3 here better than what you had before. (Though i liked the earlier example as well.) By far my favorite is #3 though. That looks like an original cover that would actually be sold in stores. Very Nicely done!

haven't done a custom cover in a long time, so i thought i would start getting back into it by doing a nice easy Halloween Collection cover. set up for the viva 4-6 disc template, 15mm spine.

I finally finished up my original 5 Planet of the Apes custom covers. I used mostly foreign art posters for the covers (except Battle), since I prefer them to the U.S. one sheet posters. For Conquest, there was a lot of text covering Caesar's face, so I had to find a water color painting of fire in the same loose, freehand style and blend it with the poster art. I think it works O.K.

If anyone wants a set of the covers, please feel free to PM. The resolution in the files below is significantly reduced.

Cheers!
Steve
