When I put my "Rogue" cover on the shelf, I made the mistake of looking at the cover for X-Men First Class. Had to fix that one also. The European one sheet looked the best to me...

Have you done matching one for the trilogy of x men films too?

Never been good at designing back covers but I did do some covers for A Hard Day's Night and The Fault in Our Stars last year.

Not perfect but there we go. I do want to do a cover for Paper Towns based on the book cover (with Margot's two expressions) but I'd probably need to sort through 50 pictures of Cara Delevingne to find one that matches.

EDIT: If I can find a high res copy of the Swedish cover (Förr eller senare exploderar jag), I will totally redesign TFIOS to fit. Because that cover is INSANE.

I'm sure there are any number of custom covers out there, but until you posted, I'd forgotten how bad the cover is for the Olive Films release. My latest cover is for that Olive Films disc.

Artwork for Raw Deal is very limited, and what there is has been used at one time or another. That said, below is a front I worked up using the US one-sheet. Is this what you have in mind?

Wanted some opinions on what I'm doing lately: using 3-, 4-, 5- & 6-disc Viva Elite cases and grouping my collection by director whenever possible. Basically I'm doing this to save space, but I figured it would be fun to group my collection this way. And no, in a lot of cases, I don't (or won't) have all the films of a particular director, just the ones I like.

I am using a homemade "Stanley Kubrick Collection" that someone posted on a custom art site as my template for both the front and the back. The text on the back is a combination of plot description plus my own wording added in. I included the studios that released the films on the spine, and the home video distributor on the back.

I am admittedly an amateur (all I'm using is paint.net and I'm sure compared to most Photoshop wizards my skills are rudimentary at best), but if anyone's interested in this, be my guest and I'm currently working on ones for other directors. Just please don't post them on other sites is all I ask.

You'd probably have to be of a "certain" age, or a fan of WWII films to remember Tobruk, mostly because video has not been kind to this film. I'm both of those and have not seen this since the theatrical run in '67. I have seen recently that there have been a couple of Blu-ray releases in Europe, but it was with no small amount of trepidation that I spun up the UK release last night. This isn't a Blu-ray review, but I will say...WOW!

Original art (mostly) for the front cover. The back is kinda rough, but elements for this are very few and far between. It does print out fairly well though.
