- Suspicion
- Jamaica Inn
Thanks, I can't see the Hitchcocks for the trees!

That means the MIA list looks like this:

- The Lady Vanishes
- The Man Who Knew Too Much (1934)
- Foreign Correspondent
- 39 Steps
- The Wrong Man
- I Confess
- Suspicion
- Jamaica Inn

Anyone wanting to sponsor any/all of these, contact me via PM.

Got bored, thought this still they had on Disney.com would make a great cover:

Going by the still, it seems they only mastered the Blu-rays for classics like this in 2K. Wish they would've mastered it in 4K that way the image would look better(that is assuming the stills on Disney would then be 4K).

I am new to making covers and am using Microsoft paint to tinker with some covers.
I want to get movie poster images on the Internet and format them to fit a blu Ray cover without messing you he image ratio.
Can anyone tell me what size to make the front image of the cover in pixels?
Thanks a lot!

BLU-RAY

Blu-ray cases tend to come in several different sizes. Most important is the spine width measurement, which is typically either 11mm (approx size in USA and some Europe) or 14mm (Europe). Larger disc sets may also come in a 25mm spine format. We will allow some variation from the suggested cover sizes below but at a minimum the spine must be accurate in each case.

3118 (1523+72+1523) x 1762 (6mm spine)
3173 (1523+127+1523) x 1762 (10.75mm spine)
3120 (1490+140+1490) x 1748 (11.8mm spine)
3172 (1516+140+1516) x 1762 (11.8mm spine)
3172 (1501+170+1501) x 1762 (14mm spine)
3212 (1521+170+1521) x 1762 (14mm spine)
3224 (1523+178+1523) x 1762 (15mm spine - VIVA ELITE 5 DISC CASE)
3306 (1523+260+1523) x 1762 (22mm spine)
3317 (1511+295+1511) x 1762 (25mm spine)

CRITERION BLU RAYS
3240 (1535+170+1535) X 1900 (14mm spine)

I don't understand everyone is raving about these Yens cases @ Amazon and it says their 12.5 width but they seem large to me. In fact I used Nissen's White Star Wars covers in the original black case that The Force Awakens came in and it still seemed a little large am I missing something?http://www.amazon.com/Single-Blu-Ray...s=Bluray+cases

But I was looking for just the size of just the front cover of the blu Ray cover. Almost a break down of the size , in pixels, of the back, spine and front. Does that make sense?

Well, and I can only speak for myself here, I usually don't have covers for new films ready until said films release day.

Fronts and backs are 1523 x 1762 at 300 dpi.
Spines are 127 x 1762 at 300 dpi.

I use 1540 x 1760 for all my Blu-Ray panels; only the spine width changes.

Cool! Then I look forward to it! I've already pre-ordered 3 copies of the NA SteelBook, 2 copies of the EU SteelBook, and 3 copies of the Target Exclusive. At least one of those copies is gonna see a custom cover!!!<<<fanboy.

Default Mad Max: Fury Road

I bought "Fury Road" yesterday, and my wife said that we can buy it only if I replace the cover, so I quickly did this. The back is taken as it was originally. I replaced the spine and the front cover for an image I think suits this movie better.
