What an incredibly stupid and underwhelming finale.

FearTWD once eclipsed TWD in it's second and third seasons.

Now ever since Gimple took over, it's been an utter embarrassment.

Gimple ruined two years worth of TWD and then switched sides to Fear. There is hope for TWD but can the same be said for Fear? Tune in to the disastrous fifth season to find out!

Overall, not really a fan of the last arc of this season. I thought the insane woman overall was a rather bland character and really didn't provide much of an antagonist in the way. And to spend an entire episode devoted to the group sitting in a gas station
[Show spoiler]suffering from poison to where at times they looked like they couldn't move to other times where they were able to concoct a plan and do said plan while attacking a horde of zombies......well........it was just overall boring.

Yeah, I dropped the show when they killed off Nick, that was the final episode that I watched. Then they went and killed Madison which assured that I'll likely never come back to the show. I mean, anything is possible and all..but I doubt I'll watch this season at any point.

For me the second half of the show was very solid. It didn't end with a bang, but it least it wasn't so boring like the second half of Season 3

I was happy with the ending. Could it have been better? Sure. Same can be said about many things in life, so I will focus on many cool elements of the show.
Definitely looking forward to next season.
Also I try not to lose sight of the very simple fact that the zombie genre has not one, but two legit shows on TV(not to mention several other good shows). Twenty years ago I would’ve never thought the genre would morph outside cheesy B-films, but here we are...a Walking Dead Universe in the making, firmly entrenched in pop culture.
So keep ‘em coming Kirkman and company!

FTWD Season 3 ending was one of the best ending from both shows!!! Season 4 has been a huge letdown...

Sooo much bad writing and insanely forced actions to move the plot... And driving that a-team truck through the alligator lake made it look like a puddle.

They could have and should have ended it all very cleanly in this episode.

Like this:

All the people in the convenience store say their final cheesey one line each ("I got to see a beach." )

They all proceed to die because they can't grab a cup of ethanol flooding out of a truck.

Morgan returns and sees how he caused all of it and is a horrible person and walks back to Alexandria with his stick to rejoin TWD.

FTWD is over.

They had the perfect set up but didn't do it.

Part of me thought they might do that while I was watching it. I would have LOL'd.

Killing Nick ended it for me. Watching after that was empty - until they killed momma - with flashbacks. Garbage.

Yeah, yeah, yeah - Nick wanted off the show. If the show had been run properly and he had been paid, he wouldn’t have.

Fear the Walking Dead was a great series. It ended with the season 3 finale for me. First half of season 4 was the worst TV I’ve ever seen, and I’m not exaggerating. Reading about the second half, I’m happy I cut ties.

FYI, I have never ever given up on a show before. I always stick til the end. In this case, they basically made it a new show. Completely new, so I consider my streak intact.

except for the fact there is barely any "zombie gore" in both of these shows now. More like cheesy hipster drama with horrible writing now. Gimple sucks.

Aside from garbage dump lady in TWD, I found crazy mud lady to be the dumbest character in the history of either show.

She is so over the top and they did such a piss poor job of establishing her motivation for being so crazy and sadistic.

And somehow she gets the drop on EVERYONE...including Al, who had a shotgun pointed at her face.

And of course Morgan was somehow willing to try to save her, no matter what she did.

...which made me want to puke.

I wonder if that was actually their intention, as either a joke to fans or a real PLAN B in case they later decided to cancel the next season. We will probably never know... unless someone spills it on talking dead or somewhere.

That’s fine. I don’t need over-the-top gore to move the meter, but does a steady stream of zombies walking into a grinder with zombie ground beef coming out a conveyor belt not classify as “zombie gore”?

I almost wretched when that line was uttered. Between the dialogue, the dumb actions from the characters this undeniably was the worst episode by far - what a lame way to end a season.

The moment they made a big deal about her seeing a beach earlier in the season, I knew they would do something about it later, but I thought it would be her dying while alicia dragged her to a beach in her final moments... Oh well.
