like most tv shows the preorder price is cheap but few days after the release it goes up and the only way you would get it low is black Friday or 2 years from the release , could someone help me do i order it or wait for the black Friday discount ps : i want the special edition

What are you basing that on? I just, recently, bought the S1 Special Edition BD for $19.99 on Amazon Marketplace. Good deals can always be had, you just have to look.

I agree. I was able to get the S1 SE for a little over $20 including shipping sometime when season 2, part 2 was airing and I had just finished reading the first 48 issues of the comics.

Ah, you too! I ordered the Compendium Vol.1(issues 1-48) from Amazon with the S1 SE BD, right after watching the 2nd season...I was beyond addicted at that point!

You can order it from Planetaxel. Via Planetaxel you don't have to worry about custom charges or taxes. I see you live in Kuwait, I know a lot of countries in the Middle-East have very low (or almost none) taxes, so you shouldn't worry about that. Maybe it's different for Kuwait.

It costs 73 euro's (98 dollars) via Planetaxel.

I think the actual blu-ray disc inside are going to be the same no matter which version you get.

My question is does anyone know what the packaging will be like for the actual BDs? As I own the comics, I really appreciate the packaging for the S1 Special Edition BD release, and I'm hoping they do the same for S2--but do I have to buy this screwdriver-in-the-eye edition to get something similar? Does anyone know yet?

The pictures here show what looks like the S1 Special Edition BD packaging inside the head, but on Amazon the colouring is different (white) and it numbers a different amount of discs (4 rather than 3).

Re: re-releasing a beefier edition later seems unlikely as they only really did that for S1 for obvious reasons which I'm sure have been discussed elsewhere.

Damn... so you actually DO have to have it stabbed in the eye to open. Glad that was confirmed. But... still. This thing will scare the crap out of my two year old and I'm afraid I'll have to go with the regular edition.
