I pre-ordered this thing back in april! Seeing those pics i'm surprised it looked better in the promo pics! Kinda looks off.

Still looks awesome and i can't wait to get mine!

Nothing like getting (a) head to clear out the cobwebs!

I still haven't opened mine up yet....just can't decide if having the package is worth the price of the head.

Thanks for sharing. It's weird they did not put any effort to match the spine design.

I think I'll go for the general release (not because of the unmatching spine!) but for the price (The head is $60 and more in Canada), and the fact that August-September-October are big months for Blu-ray release$.

Awww man. So episode 1 looks fantastic, but I just finished episode 2 and it has been completely smoothed and stripped of all fine detail and grain. Especially the scenes inside the house. Is anyone else noticing that? I really really hope the rest of the season isn't like this. It's the same type of DNR treatment Breaking Bad Season 4 got. Not the worst I've ever seen... but definitely noticeable.
