I really hope things pick up this next season. So far, its nowhere near on par with WD which surprises since much of the same crew are working on both shows. A lot of what was happening in season one was not realistic in emotion and how it played out. I felt anyway. Fear doesn't hold the same suspense and shock value WD continues to have. Was never left craving more. Writing is not as strong.

Looking forward to seeing how the new season plays out though. I'm sure it will be much better. The trailer already looks better than all of first season.

What's the difference between the standard edition and the special edition?

I gave up on Walking Dead about 2 or so years ago and haven't watched an episode of Fear The Walking Dead. With that said the previews for season 2 look pretty darn cool IMO. I love the prospect of taking a boat out in the ocean because that is exactly what I would do to if I could.

2:35:1 version of the pilot, audio commentaries on all episodes (really great ones too), and some abysmal video features and deleted scenes.

Ordered this from Best Buy, for in store pickup, and they gave me a date for next Wednesday. The price was about $17.00 dollars cheaper than Amazon, at $42. as opposed to $59.99.

Hey thanks. My local Walmart actually had it. Cancelled my Best Buy order and went to Walmart. Thanks for the heads up...

Does it have the whole flight 126 (or whatever it's called) as an extra?

OK, thanks, ricksh88. Maybe it'll be on this season's The Walking Dead set.

FTWD is a waste of time which you will never get back. But as a Walking Dead fan I watched season one and will give season two a go, because I am a sucker.

It's would make for a neat extra, and certainly wouldn't take up a lot of space.
I'm enjoying them during TWD commercial breaks.

In WD, they've been around Walkers for years and they still show more "fear" than the actors in Fear who were seeing it all for the first time. Nothing was happening naturally. I was expecting to see season one play out in some similar way to the newer Dawn of the Dead.

Flight of the Dead is more enticing.

Still enjoyed it for what it was, but if it got canceled today I wouldn't miss anything. However, I hope and expect that to change for me during the second season which already shows through the trailers to be much more intense.

Like this scene
The parents seem unphased, all things considered. Ran over him, bones sticking out and yet it's like just another day...been seeing this for years.

Well, I loved it! I watched it 3 times already (2 on TV, 1 on Blu-ray).

Same. I much prefer it to The Walking Dead, which I was never that huge on, and am excited for it to return next weekend. I know I'm in the vast minority with that opinion, but couldn't care less. Plus, I can never have enough Alycia Debnam-Carey. Ever.

I personally prefer The Walking Dead to this but I still really like Fear. I'm really looking forward to the second season premier next Sunday. If the second season is as good or better than the first, I'll start buying them on Blu-ray for sure.

Oh yeah, after this Sunday, we'll finally be able to watch that all the way through. I tried watching it as they posted it in 90 second segments, but it was torture they were so short.

They are a great tease! I really hope they are included on the S2 release. It would make a nice bonus feature.
