This person, after a series of really stupid decisions/actions (bordering on victim in a slasher movie logic) of course sees the error of their ways after being shown to appreciate the "little things" or some other nonsense. Rinse and repeat. Then, at the end of the season everyone gets briefly reunited and you realize that after all those episodes, because we were shown the same exact events from slightly different viewpoints - only a single day has passed in the show's time.

It's really disappointing how quickly they tanked fear after reaching it's peak a season ago. I'm still watching, but find myself checking what time it is more frequently now.
LOL, wish cables shows didn't have to adhere to a 42 minute minimum, that's why I found Netflix' 'Mindhunter' so compelling, some of the shortest episodes were under forty minutes.

Gah. I can't stand network television.....commercials, commercials...commercials.....and 50 episodes per season....because well, commercials.

Compare that to such great shows as Broadchurch, Sherlock, or The Fall...only 4-6 episodes - but 60-90mins long commercial free.

Sigh.

Decent episode.

I wasn't sure at first what the big deal about crossing the water was - until later in the show they mentioned that they were
[Show spoiler]on an island
.

Wonder what the endgame is...

Somehow i find all the episodes not featuring Alicia all boring. I really thought the best ep of the season was the ep Where it was only Alicia and that kid trying to get along and survive. Really a fantastic episode with some gripping intense scenes.

A comment in the TWD thread reminded me of the most stupid point of last sunday's show -

[Show spoiler]When did walkers just decide to turn around?? Strand and John had that horn blarring so they could get across the water, and when the horn stopped, the walkers actually turned around and walked the other way?!

This new enemy is very smart or she found the truck manual and learned how to use the weapons. Or maybe she has military background. WTV even that kid everybody hates would probably be able to do that. If Maggie Grace can. FFS Thats what i call wrapping up everything kind of writing. Who cares if a zombie ends up using that truck.

I found it amazing. If you zoom in you might see both zombies laughed a bit. I call it bad acting but playing a zombie is hard though.

Overall if Alicia appears even for less than a minute (shame on you AMC) im sold.

Didn't someone try to drive the truck earlier this season and couldn't because Althea set up some kind of trick you had to do to drive it?

She probably ditched that because i think everyone in the group drove the truck right before the zombienado.

Honestly I find that crazy woman’s actions to be more despicable than anything i’ve seen on either show so far, including Negan.

Yeah your
[Show spoiler]husband died on the side of the road and no one stopped to help. So what do you want, a violin concerto just for you?

*****, how many people in the Zompacolypse have been through something just as bad as you, or worse?

But they didn’t go batsh@t crazy overnight and start murdering innocent people with sadistic glee.

There’s no redemption for her.

...she needs to go down hard.

Terrible episode. There was so much stupidity on display, including a completely abrupt change in a previously semi-normal character, topped off with the predictable trademark walking dead ending.....I honestly don't even know where to begin with this one.

It also didn't help that there seemed to be a commercial break every 14 seconds.

okay, so I threatened to just boycott the rest of the season of this, but came to my senses (or lack there of) and binged all five episodes last Saturday, followed by watching Sunday's episode tonight - oh ugh... why oh why? ^ I agree Rocky the screenwriting is beyond hideous. So, "Filthy Woman" loses her husband, blames others, has a psychotic breakdown of some sort, has a personal grudge against Morgan ... uh ... that's it?? she's cray cray.
