Who was the 3rd person with the Commander rank?

Just Copywriter and I are Commanders. JD777 is a 1st Lt - which he just made the other week. (Imagine how much worse things would have been if he had been a Commander Rank! ) No one else was in the officer ranks.

Seriously though, you guys had some really good players (many of whom are better than me at things like sniping and flying). AND - you guys out numbered us, AND - one of the guys on our team has less then 4 hours of gameplay (counting yesterday's session).

The teams were put together randomly (as could be) and even then, you guys had a greater advantage when some of our players didn't show up.

I am very confused about the "unbalanced" statement.

Seperating by rank doesn't always work to anyone's advantage either. If you had switched me and taken the next alphabetical player on your team (MacDaddyOJack) - you would have gotten me, a person who doesn't fly much, and they would have gotten yet another pilot on their team. Which probably would have unbalanced the teams. (Unless you all think I'm just that good. )

As is, each team had 2 flyers (ours, Copywriter & Jon D - you guys had Mac and Nerdkiller) - and Copywriter stayed on the ground and I got in the air on one map.

Again, I came up with an unbiased way of seperating the teams, and from my perspective, you guys came out with the advantage.

The other way of seperating teams relies on me deciding who is good at what, and who is bad - and I have no desire to be in that position - cause in the end, if my team won, people would say I obviously "picked" the best people.

Anyway, at least we don't have to seperate teams again. Any future battles will be divided the regular way - you are on the team you spawn in on. Maybe that's not as technical as seperating by alphabetical order, but it seems to have worked so far.

Btw, witch rank is Alfapyro. The guy was all over me and best player on the blu team

I used to be so darn good at this game when it came out, played for ages, in the dark times when they reset the servers and stats at least 3 times. Tired again last night man I suck. Been taken over with other games!! I had a read through the trophies. WHY is it to win some you have to kill yourself. Silly!!

That was almost a year ago. It's going to take more than a day to get back into it.

I used to play with some people when the game first came out, and they killed me quite easily - repeatedly. But then they stopped playing, I kept on (although I was away for 4 months during a deployment) - a lot of old faces came back when the trophies came out - I have found, that during games, I don't worry about them as much as I used to.

Thank you for the compliment so that I can rub it in CYMBOL's face. He likes to think he's a big bad man just because he can throw mines that I happen to run into over and over No skill involved whatsoever.

Haha, well, I think I was 3rd a couple of times. I was very sad, every time I went for the mines at Eucadia, they were already taken. After a while of no mines - I decided to get in the air and spent most of my time up there. Copy was doing pretty good gaurding the flag - and I think I might have only gotten killed once in the air on that map. (Everyone who knows my flying skills can attest to what a great day that is for me! )

In general, I think our team was having a good day. I rarely saw you guys during the battle - I think everyone was managing the board and going where they were needed. Sometimes, a lot of communication can make a team really shine, but sometimes, everyone just does there part and it works out great (although, that last one rarely occurs - usually, lots of communication is best.)

You're right, I am horrible with mines - I keep trying to hide them from you, but you keep finding them. I'll try harder, but you're so good at it!

However, you are correct, mines don't require skill. They are purely a strategic tool. I'm not a great flyer, and I'm not the best person on the ground, so I have to really heavily on strategy (mining Zones and Flags and roads for defense - mining enemy playes and doorways for offense - and sneaking out to capture Zones when we're pinned down.)

I hate maps that don't have mines, I feel fairly defenseless.

Yea some really good games, I notice everyone disapeared as soon as the trophy was gained

I wouldn't listen to the moaning Cymbol, it's good to have a kind of weekly tournament, be great if we can get 16 regular people to turn up (unlikely though). I guess the teams were unbalanced, but, when you get killed carrying the flag what can you expect!!!

I'm happy playing alongside whoever so long as I get a game, the clan games are more fun and the choice of maps and game modes are good!!!

A fun evening for me!!!

I definitely didn't want to "give away" the trophy - and I was worried, that once you guys got it, everyone would leave - glad you guys didn't get it till the end. More game time for me.

As for weekly games - I'm on every chance I get - but the truth is, people play other games, and we have a lot of new games (LBP, R2) that will be taking people away.

The problem with weekly games is mainly that I don't have the time to organize them. These things take lots of time. A lot more time than you would think.

I'm happy playing alongside whoever so long as I get a game, the clan games are more fun and the choice of maps and game modes are good!!!

I am still having issues with this game...I installed the update, but, it just goes to a blank black screen after the "Loading" screen pops up...my tv flickers like it is trying to change resolution right at the last second, but, I'm not hearing any audio...

any help would be appreciated.
