Well, as much as I'd like to be back in the clan, I don't want to take up a space that could be used by someone with more time to play with the clan.

i want to reset my stats. now. please.

I don't want my stats reset. I've got 150+ hours played and s-loads of ribbons, badges and medals.

I want them fixed, so I get all my ribbons. I earned about 100ish yesterday and most didn't show up.

There was a tank glitcher (cheater) playing on the other team in one of my games last night. Can't wait to see this stuff fixed.

Only some people got it and all had the BD version, but it was a premature update. It has since been taken down and those that updated were advised to delete and reinstall from the disk so they could play on 1.0 servers.

Warhawk Community,

This afternoon, some of our US players were inadvertently able to download the v1.1 patch prior to its official, world-wide deployment. This problem has been resolved and the v1.1 patch has been taken offline until we finalize our global test cycle.

We super apologize for the inconvenience -- we all want the patch out as soon as possible, but we need to wait for it to clear the last stages of our world-wide test before we "pull-the-trigger".

So...for those players that were using the Blu-ray version of Warhawk that *did* update to v1.1 today, we advise that you go to the XMB (cross media bar), and in your "Game Data Utility", delete your Warhawk game data. Once you've done that, just re-boot Warhawk and the game will re-install v1.0, allowing you to play with the 1.0 world again. And I know you'll all ask this...it will *not* affect your stats or Save Data.

Also please note that this inadvertent pre-release of v1.1 *only* affected players using the Blu-ray version of the game in the US. All other countries and products were unaffected.

Once more, we are very sorry for the unscheduled, unplanned, preview roll-out v1.1 :-)

We are still tracking the end of October for the "real" deployment of the patch and, as always, we will keep you all posted!

i downloaded warhawk the day it was released, and since then i've been kicked from about 10 to 15 servers, always immediately after killing someone with my warhawk.

I don't get it. am i doing something wrong, or are the hosts just being cry babies and don't like being killed from above?

I would say the latter, some host are cry babies. Just play in the Blue colored Sony servers. Only way to be kicked from them is too many team kills.

Ugh. I raced home today and was all ready to play Warhawk.

The game kept freezing for 3-4 minutes on start and giving me an error. So, I thought I'd just delete the download and try again.

Wrong. PSN wouldn't connect. So, 4 hours later, I'm finally re-downloading Warhawk.

I sure hope it works. I need my fix.

Maybe I'll go watch a HD DVD if it doesn't work.

I re-installed Warhawk and all is fine. I'm happy to report that I've been torturing the enemy for the past 3 hours.

Time for a movie.

Been lucky having a chance to play with some folks lately, Jafo, Vektar, Jakenroland (walkngcandyapple). Very cool. Of course, my mic wasn't working, but, I'm troubleshooting it. Still have a couple of things to try out.

I still have no/zero skills in a Warhawk. The room Jafo, Vektar and I were playing in was varied. Which was great. At the end of each game, I was in the upper players (usually trailing behind Jafo) - but when it went to "dogfight" is was in dead last.

And, I've noticed that almost everytime we get together, we seem to win!

Hopefully, those of who got dropped or never got added can get added to the BLU team soon with the new patch. That way, the other side can know who's Owning them.

Great game. I'm sure this thread will start moving quite a bit again around the holidays, after people jump in for the $399 PS3.

Oh, BTW, it looks like they still haven't fixed the "rank-up" without earning it issue. I went up 2 ranks in the last week and have barely played. I have a feeling that if they "fix" this and I go back to the rank I'm supposed to be, everyone will fink out that I am actually an airman.

Aww its ok Cymbol... Practice makes perfect! If you want more points to get your rank up above airman... Just start gunning for ribbons as well. I don’t really think about them that much i usually get them for being in top three (efficiency, marksman, special ops, etc.). Just keep working at it and you will improve. I sucked a ton for the first few hrs of playing Warhawk, but it has a pretty steep learning curve. I still don’t think i am good with the aerial game, damn Warhawks! But they go boom whether hit by a turret, tank, or rocket launcher!

I know, I know. It's so depressing. It's like being invisible. All you can do is jump up and down, to say, "hi". (Hint, it's not very effective and doesn't leave an impression. ).

But I still have fun to play with you all.
