Hey I was looking around the Warhawk forums on playstation.com this morning and found this...

You can make an image for your signature, but I liked the fact that I could just create my image link and use it whenever I wanted to look up stats with a simple bookmark. I hated using the Warhawk.com page because I hate waiting for flash stuff... grrr.

ive never used the playstaion.com forum before, i think all the great people are already here with all the most up to date info on the game.

Well the playstation forum site is called the underground, and while they let anybody in they do choose a few select individuals to be members of the gamer advisory panel, and also participate in sonys betas.

what are those giant shield things in the levels? those arent the proto types for the bio field is it?

Those giant shield are cast by the APC vehicle. It protect you, but kill your enemy if they touches it.

Enemy can't shoot through the shield, but you standing inside can shoot out to kill them.

Actually the bio field is different, the bio field is the smoke thing that heal you and kill your enemy. But this new shield thing comes from the new vehicle (APC). They are two different things.

In fact the bio-field is available right now, along with the wrench in Warhawk 1.3

I have a quick question: Last night I hit 9,000 points hoping to hit Wingman Sargent or whatever.. but I still need to get the "Bandit 4X4" Medal.

So does this mean I need to run people over with the Jeep? Or use the mounted machine gun? or both?

Both and it should be much easier to do now with the mounted machine guns being buffed up since patch 1.3

I love playing player games with the cross talk going.

It gives me the chance to talk crap before I nail someone. I like telling people I see them before sniping or "If you touch the flag XXXX, you die."

It's great for games with just friends. Everyone can talk and have a great time no matter what team they are on.

It is, the host would have to manualy flip the switch.
Thats usually too complicated for most hosts.. ROFL im sorry.

The buffed .50 is nice.

If you're having trouble, just join a 32-player CTF game, hop in a jeep and drive around. Certain maps lend themselves to easy kills via the run over. Love it.

i just did the newest update for warhawk and i just noticed the audio is dolby 2.0, I thought it used to be dolby 5.1, but i could be wrong. can someone clear this up. i think my mind is playing tricks on me.

the sound can go up to 7.1 PCM it just depends on how the settings are set up in game and on your system. right now im running mine at PCM 5.1, i had it at PCM 7.1 but i took out 2 of my speakers.

My PS3 freeze when i play warhawk "Ecuadia" map, all other maps are working fine and no freeze. I had to shutdown PS3 manually and restart.
Weird its happening only for Ecuadia Map,before Warhawk batch applied freeze was occasionally. But after i applied the newest warhawk batch its happening everytime i visit ecuadia. Any solution?
