Oh man! That is too bad, it was a fun time. Sorry you couldn't make it, we just kind of figured most people on this board had the latest maps. We'll load the regular maps next time.

No big deal, I just wanted you to know I did try to play! I was there!

I didn't buy the latest map pack because it seemed no one plays the first one so it was a waste of $8.

when i play alone i always pick Broken mirror servers i think the apc is awesome so worth it. Omega dawn was a waste of money for sure.

I agree, the APC adds a fun element to the mix. I think they made it a little too heavily armored though. I don't think it should be able to carry the flag. It's almost impossilbe to kill with one or two planes on maps like Archepilgo (however you spell it) - where vehicle health is so close together.

Except for a TOW missle, even in a jeep I can usually make it back with the flag on that level (sometimes I have to switch jeeps when I get to the center.)

Yep, that describes it. I also think it is too big. Take forever to get somewhere, even in a jeep.

I hate spawning, having to climb some really long ladder, cross a platform, climb another ladder, just to get a weapon, and then have to go through other various levels just to get to a plane. Sheesh!

I am beginning to like the Glacier Fields maps more. I really, really like the CTF mode with the village in the middle. You can actually go through alot of the destroyed housing. Lots of fun.

twas a fun time for all! I got my prerequisite CYMBOL kill in there and got joooo outta my system.. until CYMBLO started pestering me with his upgraded flight skeelz.

Yep, it's all dark and industrial (which probably looks better on paper).

Although, I will say one thing about the level - with all the factories, it makes it easy to land on the roof, drop down a few floors and knife someone trying to take your zone.

Sorry Avarond, you always seemed to be the one trying to take over my zone and you kept getting in the way of my knife.

I had fun - even though I seemed to be in everyone's scope.

My family thought it was funny - they also got a good laugh each time someone died from a mine and yelled, "CYMBOL!"

indeed you are wise to the ways of the mines. I finally started catching on to your tricks and started hesitating a second to listen for the "beep beep," but inevitably in the heat of the moment they were still effective. In larger games you would definitely be my personal target to keep you from infiltrating the base, I don't like miners in my own base!

'course... I always plug a couple mine's in the enemies base just for good measure any chance I get so I ain't mad atcha - I would have been laughing too.

Anybody else having a problem with Warhawk the last few weeks.

Sometimes, it will freeze up to the point of crashing my PS3. I have to do a hard reboot - and when I log back in - it says "congratulations, you gained a rank new customizations are available".

Basically, my rank is the same but all my customization (head, torso, paint schemes) have to be redone - worse, all my settings for characters, flights and vehicles have to be reset. (Up down inverted off/on, 100% aim, pro-flight, etc).

It's a real pain when it happens.

Just me?
