I jumped on to play last night. Saw Vektar and CYMBOL online but the room was full... so I jumped into the room that Avarond was in played a few games and went to bed. I didn't do to bad considering I have hardly played in the past month...

I dont know what the rank is but I need a total of 5000 points to get to the next. The mass demotions last winter kind of turned me off and killed alot of the excitement I had for the game

Yeah, I tried joining Avarond's game first, but it was full - I was only jumping on to play 1 or 2 games so I just joined a small CTF board. Vektar joined me, but it was 4 vs 4 and we had a non-player on a our team (who wasn't kicked for being idle) and another guy who just went around capturing zones - which is very helpful, but it would have been nice if he did a bit more once in while: so, it could have been a better match if our team had more involved players, or more Blu-Clan members.

I've got a new guy who's never played the game I'll be helping out tomorrow. He's never even logged in before or seen the maps. Total Noob! Hehe. Should be fun giving him some tips and being target practice before we go join a real game.

Yeah, I was a General and got busted down to Wingman. It was d@mn annoying - but I have fun playing the game either way. Besides, I was a General after a month of playing - there wouldn't have been anything left to accomplish after that.

One thing I did learn from that, it really wasn't worth trying to get the rank. The customizations weren't that cool or varied. The hours needed for General and turning certain parts of your uniform different colors just don't match. If I got more health, or special weapons, or my Warhawk or Tank got special abilities - it might be worth the time and effort. Right now, I don't have hundreds of hours to devote just for rank titles and some color changes on the uniform and planes.

There are tons of those 50 pt cheat rooms out there now; however, I think the astronomical point requirements have driven a lot of this.

I still have fun playing though. Especially with friends (people I work with and know personally) and/or other Blu-Clan folks.

got my box in today to send off my PS3, so strange playing the awesomeness that is Warhawk to the first God Of War... Cymbol, what other online games do you have? since I cannot get Warhawk out of my PS3 i'll have to play some other games for awhile.

It was good seeing you around. I was like hey! I think I know this guy. I thought about logging on tonight but I just recently finished working on my big rewiring of the house. We live in a 1920's house and while the wiring isn't so bad (i think due to an upgrade in the past) they did sometimes push the max on how many receptacles, lights, etc was on a circuit. Not to mention it was a fuse box (albeit a monster fuse box). So I took down the fuse box today, carefully labeled the wiring so I would not have a problem and what do you think gives me a problem? Stupid box doesn't fit correctly. Sooo 4 hours later on my breaker box modification (do you know how hard it is to make a perfect hole in the back of one of those boxes without having electricity to do it) and I could start hooking up breakers. So here I am, still not done, but I have the essentials. Air, lights, DTV, Internet, Hot and cold water, freezers and refirgerator and 1 computer and PS3. So I'm good, continue on!

Burnout, Motorstorm and Rockband. That's about it. Oh, and Street Court Basketball (haven't played that since. . . forever).

All my other games (Uncharted, Ratchet & Clank, Virtua Fighter, Stardust, Pixeljunk Monsters, PAIN, ect. ect.) are not online multiplayer.

Probably the next big online game I'll be getting is Resistance 2. Borrowed Resistance 1 from a friend, beat it and gave it back. (I've never really liked First Person perspective.)

I know a lot of the Blu-Clan members own Burnout - we should try and get a Blu-Clan Burnout game.

What online games do you have?

Don't get me started! Every project I have ends up being 10X harder than it was supposed to. Oh, put in new light fixture - pretty simple. Cr@p, it doesn't fit! Change a ceiling fan - uh, I don't have a white wire, I have two black wires!

It never is simple.

Nope never had issues... Cordless drill with a hole-saw... or a hydraulic/ or hand twist punch kit

only Socom i've played is the PSP version and I was addicted to it, so i'm excited about the PS3 version.

I just hope I get Warhawk before the new expansion is out

So, what's a good KDR - I know, as much as I play you'd think I knew/paid attention to such things.

I only start paying attention to points and ribbons when I'm getting near another rank. I've never paid attention to my KDR. All I know is I sucked so bad when I first started playing and wasn't paying attention to stats, that I'm sure I have a great deficit to overcome.
