I already do that when I'm playing with you and any tears you may have caused by doing so were not tears of joy

Cymbol I got your PM and your invite. Ill be joining the clan the day after the trophy patch comes out.

I want to get the two easy clan trophies (joining and creating) from a group of players on another forum that will take turns (since as stated before the blu clan will not allow it...which is fine).

Then I will join the Blu clan for good.

On a side note...Cymbol can you help me get the die 5 times by a mine trophy? And maybe if I follow you enough I can get the kill an enemy with his own mine trophy too.


I think Im getting better at the game as well. Had a couple of good rounds last night (76 points, 91 points etc), obviously that includes the 50 winning team bonus lol but still solid. I am now an Airmen 1st Class woot.

Sure, I can help - not sure if I can limit myself to 5 times - I'm an addict to mines.

That is actually really good for a noob. However, it's not a great score if all you're doing is flag camping. (Gaurding the flag, and saving it). I know people who found it difficult to go on the offensive, and are now stuck in defense mode. Be sure and take risks, go for the flag, when your the Hero - go land your plane in the middle of the opposing team and take them all out etc.

A team that is heavy on the offense will win Warhawk every time.

What game modes are you playing?

Last night those scores were from playing Collection and a little bit of Zones.

i was tearing up in zones and collection last night with 50 pt games, (175 with bonuses). Lamp was doing really good when he was on my team, then the last game he went on the other side... lets just say the noob came out.

It was because it was that island level. I have no idea where anything is and it requires you to be good in a Warhawk to get anything done lol.

That's a big part - once you learn where all the weapons are, life, jeeps, roads/routes etc. - it makes it much easier.

Like any game, the more you play the easier it becomes. But a large part of things being easier in this game is knowing where the hell you are and where you're going.

The big one is running the wrong direction with the flag. As many times as I've run it the correct direction I started running it the wrong way 3 or 4 weeks ago. Talk about embarrassing. Good thing they tell you which way to go now.

Yeah, between that, and the new training mode coming out - the noobs have a great head start. (I used to drive all over the frikkin' place wondering where to take the flag).

The worse place for me was the Omega map.

I've added several people to the Clan. Check your PM's and check Warhawk for your invitations later tonight.

As mentioned earlier in the thread, you'll need to register over at http://myblutech.com/forum/ and post in the Warhawk thread at least once so I know you are logged on and can view Blu-Clan info for Clan battles, etc.

If you don't register within a week, I'll assume you're not interested in being in the Clan anymore. You'll need to be part of the site to discuss Clan battles and get-togethers.

We have a lot of people who want to join and a limited number of slots. Please only ask to join if you're an avid player of Warhawk. While we have no problem if your new and don't care what skill set you are, we definitely don't want someone to join the clan who only picks up the game once every 3 months. Please don't take the spot from someone who really loves the game.

ill join after the patch as well, and after i make a clan and recruit 10 members, to make it easier.

On the island map i never used the warhawk, except for the beginning and i went for the middle flag, got that and cruised in a tank back and forth.

Alright, well an update to the Clan invites - two did not work. There is a glitch (mentioned in the booster pack update) where invites are sent out and people never accept - those invites get stuck. The new update will allow those invites to be re-tracted - until then, I can not add any new members. However, I am in the process of deleting members who no longer play, so spots may open up soon. I apologize for the inconvenience, but my hands are tied until this glitch is fixed. (Expected on 28 Aug.)

For new Blu-Clan members, if you visit the Blu-Clan website you'll see the latest Clan Battle and what's being planned. I'll post it here this time, just to give you an idea of some of the things we're up to these days.

Warhawk Blu-Clan Battle - 23 Aug 2pm EST (USA) Training/Gameplay

Game start - 155PM

1. Death Match - Badlands - Fortress - 10 minutes. Allows everyone to spawn. Take this time to set flight controls to "Pro-Flight" for upcoming flight training.
2. Death Match/Dogfight - any map - 10 minutes. Everyone pairs up in groups of 2-3. Practice missle evasion, Warhawk powerslides, releasing bomblets at oncoming aircraft. Jon D and Seboist will give pointers and explain controls.
3. Collection - Archepalegio - Close Corridors - 15 minutes. This map is fast and furious with 3 levels and nowhere to run but into each other. This map forces players to utilize grenades and knives more than any other map and encourages using tactics such as ladder kills and battling on higher ground.
4. CTF - Island Outpost - Entire Map - 20 minutes - Regular gameplay - CYMBOL will talk about mine placement and reveal his super secret path right after a flag cap that has always let him get out of the base unscathed!"
5. Team Death Match - Archepalegio - Acropolis Assualt - 15 minutes - Hold on - there will be a variation of gameplay to enhance training. Only weapons allowed to use are knives, grenades, mines jeeps/jeep guns, and sniper rifles (you can use Warhawks to "get around" but no weapons). Our professional snipers will give all us struggling snipers some tips. We may even have some folks volunteer to run in circles at the center base towards the end of the game to give us all some practice.
6. CTF - Eudadia - Entire Map - 20 minutes - DON'T BE FOOLED by the game type. This map has some special maneuvers. We'll be taking over the board so we have access to the planes - then eveyone will meet on one side and practice one of the Holy Grails of Warhawk moves - dive bombing and knocking a jeep or tank of the bridge as it's crossing. People will take turns driving and flying. Before the map time is up - we will line up for a team picture. Everyone will grab their favorite weapon - we'll have flyers hover, tanks and jeeps etc. We'll have a few people kneeling in front and the flag in the background. (the location for this may change depending on Jafo's camera needs.)
7. Hero - map of host's choosing - 20 minutes - last game of the day.

Game play will be:

• Unranked
• Open Mic
• Team Switching Allowed
• Randomize Teams at the end of each game
• 20% Friendly Fire

Remember to charge your mics and your controllers. See you all in the game!

Since Jafo is taking the picture I suppose he will not be in the picture since it is coming from his point of view. Is this correct? I can't think of another way around this though unless he has 2 PS3's

Not sure how that works for sure, although, I assume he won't be in it.
