I hate to say this..but the game sucks.

The menu is horrible! Why can't I make a party and invite people and join a game like that? Why is there not an in game messaging/buddy system? It's a massive pain in the ass to have to quit out of a game to send a message. Howcome every time I try to join a game is says unable to join. I find a glitch in a map every 5 minutes. (When I die, sometimes I'll fall through the ground and it's just a white, never ending pit.) There's going to have to be tons of improvements and patches before I start playing more than once a week, in the mean time I'll stick to Resistance.

I'm sure you all disagree with me, but this is just my opinion. The game has potential, but it's gonna be a while before it gets good. It hasn't lived up to the hype IMO.

I'd say but the disc. You get a good headset and you won't have to worry about redownloading if your hdd gets corrupt etc.

If you have a headset I would say download, buy it if you don't.

There is nothing more frustrating then being behind in a game with everyone running their separate ways with no ability to communicate. I guess it is just me maybe but I almost think it makes things that much better when everything clicks, everyone talks and we win over the unorganized group. Is it just me...?

To also answer your question, from what I seen it's pretty stable. The game play is pretty fluid, and I just absolutely love that game.

Yes it's online only.

Some times, you can't get into games. Some times it's because of the their server, or what not. But 9 times out of 10, you shouldn't have a problem with joining a game. And hey! If you can't join one, just simply create one yourself.

The headset is great, in my point of view.

Best moment was taking out multiple Warhawks with the sniper rilfe (by far my fav weapon). I just remember thinking to myself, I wonder if thats possible.....couple of shots later, BOOM. I was so impressed with noobish self :-P Of course about 5 seconds later i got knifed.....

I love taking down warkhawks with regular weapons.

Aaron I can respect your opinon as well.

You are obviously a resistance player, but have you played that game since release as well?

It had many of the same bugs you state for warhawk as well. It still has a worse "ranked" mode, as well as friends mode.

When resistance first came out... forget about stats.. some worked some did not... rewards where the same... you had to create seperate friends list from you PS3 friends list... eventually they integraded PS3 friends list.. not sure if you can find them or join from there...

Warhawk has PS3 integraded friends list and you can join games from that menu, as well as clan menu, so that is better...

really all PS3 games need XMB in game access.. take care of freinds finding them and messenging them ect..

Okay I wrote down the names of about 15 people. I will add you all in tonight. I will also have a blu-ray room set up a few times during the week. We also might play GRAW a few times this week in anyone is interested.

I've had a PS3 since December but I've been playing Resistance since April. I'm sure Warhawk will get better, It would be a great game if the community interface was better. The "matchmaker" in Resistance is by far the best I've ever seen in a game.

If you think I do not have a case for getting my money back, you are dead wrong. certain functionality is promised when purchasing this game, and that functionality does not exist. Stats are still hit or miss for some players, and yes, the Dev's at Incog know and are working on the problem.

They worked over the holiday weekend trying to nail down the problem, but for some their stats are not updating.

Also, the rumor I posted about Incog only have 6 Dev's left, has not been denied on the playstation.com Warhark forums by Dev. Dylan Jobe, so I'm willing to cut Incog a bit of slack with the stat problem taking a bit longer to fix, if it's true.

Some of my stats are not showing up either...I killed a few with the binoculars

, but never got the stats for them. Though my win/loss was recorded from last night.

A friend of mine had pinned on the outside of the concrete base(big one in middle) with a plane and I took him out while on foot (no rocket launcher).
I dont have the maps down yet its the one that look like a canyon in AZ or NM.

Three things in particular made me smile when they happened;

I was in a tank and a warhawk came right at me firing machine guns, I fired one perfectly timed shot and obliterated him!

I had the sniper gun on a high up hill overlooking a bridge, I saw a guy lurking behind a bush (so I didn't quite have line of sight but his red tag showed); one shot took him down. He immediately respawned and went back to the same place so I shot him again!!

Taking out a guy in a warhawk in hover mode using the ground to air guided missiles, he was out of range of the lock on but I was pretty sure I had him in my sights. I was right. He got his own back shortly after though!! I still grinned when he got me

It was just desserts, heh heh.

This game is amazing.

Got my invite! I saw Jedivball in a game last night, (not sure if he noticed I had the BLU before my name.) I had a problem joining some other players, the error message said "Game not found", even though it showed them.

Anyway, I'm a Wingman, so I'm not allowed in Lvl. 1 rooms. I don't understand the whole rank thing. I see others who have way more ribbons then I do, yet are lower ranked. I'm actually pretty bad, however, I try and join ranked rooms when I can.

It seems to be keeping my stats lately (ribbons and such); however, for the next promotion I need a lot of points.

I'm kind of bummed about not being able to go into Lvl.1 rooms. I understand the principle, however, if I have a friend over for a visit, he has to enter higher level rooms for his first try. (Or somedays, I my kid plays with me. - Don't be surprised if you see 2 Cymbols running around).

If you are a lower rank, can you enter into a higher ranked room?

If so, I would suggest whoever creates the rooms makes sure to have a Lvl. 2/3 so all players can get in.

Well, I just logged into Warhawk and everything was gone.

It said I was a recruit and I had no stats whatsoever.
