I tried to get in your game, but it was full. So, I just joined a 4v4 ranked game and messed around there.

I'm going back online for more shortly.

You just can't beat 4v4 games. And if you like points, it's somewhat easy to rack em up. I've gotten around 300 points without much effort (compared to 32-man games).

But I like mixing it up, so about 100-125 is probably my average.

I seen 2 used copies of Warhawk at gamestop yesterday I was tempted to buy one of them so i can have 2 accounts one for a server and one to play with.

That would be cool to host your own ranked games.

Hope your mic issue gets fixed. At least mine comes and goes. Unfortunately, if I join and it's not working, I'm stuck. If I leave the room there is a chance I'll lose my spot. Or, sometimes it will work, then I'll see a Blu member on the other side, and switch teams - and my mic is out once I switch. Really annoying.

But I suppose that is better than never working.

Just got back from Gamestop - got Ratchet, Uncharted, the new PS3 Eyetoy, 3 PSP games and a used copy of Motostorm. (Most games I get are fairly kid friendly for my son. I tend to rent the more mature games.)

Between those games and the new Warhawk update coming soon, I think I'm set for a few weeks. It's going to be hard to put Warhawk aside while my kid plays Ratchet. Looks like I need a PS3 for the bedroom.

I have to admit, I got a bit confused here. We're in a Ranked Death Match (hosted by JToddler), so I'm thinking - it's every man for himself. I kill you, but then I got to thinking - you didn't put up much of fight. So, I'm thinking, fine, I won't kill Jafo. I had you in my sites a few times and thought I was being obvious about not engaging you.

Then, you knifed me! (Not to mention a few close calls with the jeep). I started thinking - maybe it's all in my mind that we're being "friendly". So, then I figured, what the hell - let's try to kill Jafo!

I have to say, your strategy of hiding all the jeeps and planes was brilliant. I was getting so annoyed at that one kid coming back again and again with the tow missle.

If I'm in a Death Match - I like to be on the ground - if I wanted an air battle, I'd have joined a dogfight room.

Still, it was a fun Death Match.

From now on - I will assume that if it is only me and one other Blu Clan member in a DM - that I won't kill them - unless they kill me first - which, of course, means war!

heh heh, as for the close calls with my jeep driving skills, I at least honked. Oh, sorry about the shanking...I got overly engaged, and after I did the deed, I thought aw shitte, I just broke the treaty.

But if you had a mic that would work none of that would have happened. That turdpusher in the warhawk had thee most annoying 10-12 year old voice I have ever heard, I ened up just taking my head set off.

Well, for being 10-12, he sure knew how to bomb the hell out of us all. (If he was a grown up - I feel sorry for him with that voice.)

As for my mic - it has been working more than not recently; however, I just got a PS3 eyetoy hooked up. Selected sound through it. Once I was done, I switched it back to my headset and now it won't recognize my headset. Keeps giving me an error now. I tried to delete the camera USB option but there doesn't seem to be a way. Oh well, one more issue to solve with my headset. I beginning to wish I had simply bought the Warhawk game with that headset. But I sure like not having to load a disc every time I want to play.

Hope to work the issue more today. I have to go to work for a bit, but plan to be on later today.

@JToddler - do the rooms you host ever do CTF/Zones - or are they all deathmatch?

Anyway, perhaps we can set up a clan battle for the 8th or 9th of Dec. This should give everyone enough advance notice to make it.

Let me know at your soonest convenience so we can get the word out.

That would be great. It always more fun to play with folks you know, but DM only can get old since it requires little stategy.

I will say, you'll be more likely to find me in the Ranked room since I'm a little over a thousand points away from my next rank-up.

I was having mic issues, so I could not say howdy to you all; however, I just got a new mic. I bought the one that had come with the Warhawk game. The Jarbra BT125. I figured if it had issues we would have heard about it all over these boards.

It's charging now, so I hope to give a tryout this evening. I sure hope it works. Not having a mic is not a huge issue when playing, but it can really help you team if you do: except when you happen to join a room where everyone is speaking a different language - surprisingly, this has only happened about 3 times to me.

I'm crossing my fingers that my new mic works, and I've sacrificed a couple of X-Box games to the PS3 Gods in hopes to gain their favor. Please let my mic work!

how many times did you try it, it took me like 3 try's to get it to find it once.

I haven't been playing for about a week with all the traveling. I will be on tonight, hope some people are around. Looking for some CTF!
