Default First ever 24 hour thread?

This is some crazy ass posting. Who thinks we can keep this thing alive until 10:00 am tomorrow morning? Everyone who goes to bed early will wake up to see ten figures in the response columns, LOL.

It's kinda like Christmas Eve 'round here. Wonder if Santa is coming early this year with a stocking full of WB goodness.

Couldn't the blu-ray.com owner(s) trace the original poster's IP? Does it lead to Time Warner or Panasonic?

the post says its 2:58 AM, but its 11pm for me...so when this guy said 10am PST does that mean it should have happened this morning, or tomorrow (thursday) morning?

His answer was posted at 9:51 PM EST. That's not across an hour boundary (or even a half-hour boundary).

I haven't read through the last 15 pages or so, so I don't know if this has been brought up yet.

Tomorrow (Thursday) is the first day of Digital Life NYC, which is a consumer technology, gaming, and entertainment show.

Either that or they are being sadistic...or maybe they are figuring that the lesson we learn will keep this from happening again.

There's no way to make that seperation, and we've seen no preference for Blu Ray since he's been gone (yes, I am saying the OP is a troll, or has some delusional attention seeking complex).
The 2nd class status was due to Nickerson, releasing movies exclusively for his buddies at Toshiba. Warner kept pushing for both formats but preferred Blu-ray. When the Total HD disc turned out to be not-feasible, the attention turned to BD.

WB turned down an offer from hddvd back in August to go hddvd exclusive. Nickerson wanted it, WB didn't. Nickerson then threw a temper tantrum and stepped down. WB said fine, sice that wasn't the direction they wanted to go.

Nickerson left a little over a month ago. Not enough time for a major change in regards to releases for BD. Since the 4Q releases were being scheduled.
Just wait and see.

Would you be pissed if I were right?

I'm thinking gloom and doom: what if the original poster knows that WB is going HD-DVD exclusive and is just getting a sick thrill by posting the opposite news just to get the Blu-Side's hopes up.
