If they were going HD-DVD exclusive, why would they announce Hairspray on Blu-Ray only...

Here's what I'm going to say flat-out:

Do not get your hopes up. Don't skip work for this

Every industry inside source I and my sources have talked to have said "what? No, don't know anything about that", and these are people who would be informed if they were even close.

THAT BEING SAID, the Paramount deal was hidden as well.

But given the denials from very well placed people, DON'T GET YOUR HOPES UP. If it really was tomorrow morning night one of them would have spilled. So either this is top secret to a very select audience of board members, or it's bull. 80/20 the latter.

And Warner is definately NOT going HD DVD exclusive. That I know for certain.

I think Amir ought to get his superiors at M$ to rig it so that all the computers at warner crash if this is true..

Oh, wait a minute...

I guess they don't have to do anything, cause their crap OS does that all on its own!

LOL...you got #666 probably to get our attention. Still, if it were untrue, I wish the mods would close this, but I understand that although no one knows about it, it still could happen.

But something like this---30 somethings pages and over 500 response to a rumor....and the thread is still goin strong.....

SOMETHING IS UP

Well, I'll restate my earlier comment, if this doesn't happen tomorrow or if it doesn't go our way, then I guess the mods were trying to teach us a lesson.

Maybe they were to busy laughing at finding out the losers at the HD forum are crapping themselves and whining about making petitions .

Naw we are just starting to have fun, and staying away from the head-aches of trying to figure this out.

I have scanned over some of the responses-i just don't have time to read 34 pages--here's a question.....

How does the person who started this thread know this and no one else does.
I am blu-ray all the way and would like nothing more than for this to be true-but I am very curious how this person got a hold of this kind of information??? Anyone??
