If we ever hear from the OP again, it will be with something like, "Oh I meant to say _next_ Thursday, that's when the announcement will be ..." and he'll try to string you guys along for as long as he can.

they've done these studies that say how much fantasy football costs companines here in the U.S. every year and it's in the millions. I wonder how much money the blu-ray forums cost companies every year especially interesting threads like this one.

I was expecting this in 08.. Hope its true!

If it is, you can really say that warner is all about their movie fans, they are letting people know ahead of time and saving them buying worthless hardware. Kudos to them.

Can we make a forums standard that all references to specific time and date be done in Unix epoch time? All these conversions are making my head spin till I'm dizzy. I might even be changing colour.

If it's a hoax, I appreciate only having to wait one day to find out. It's also refreshingly specific, for a change.

yeah, thats what has me worried this is a hoax. but at the same time why should warner the biggest advocater of HDM IMHO sacrafice sales because ppl are afraid to get off the fence. if this is true, its over for hd dvd. universal and paramount minus spielburg are the two weakest studios out there. this will create a domino affect throughout retailers and then its all over.

I think that it should be acknowledged that regardless of whether this turns out to be true, the OP is a total dick, right? I mean what kind of bastard would come to a forum with this knowledge, know that he can't prove or confirm it, and post it here, when we would be just fine finding out in the morning? Or what about these last posts where he said he was having dinner with "friends"? What kind of ******* would write that, even if this ISN'T nonsense?? Also, why bother with the "famous title" bullshit? Even if you have to live in your fantasy land where this is actually happening, you must at least admit that this guy seems like a sonofa*****, right?
