Yup, it is now... but at the time when OP wrote that he was heading off for dinner, it was 9.42 GMT.

I trust the person was not lying about his eating requirements or timing. So, whoever this OP is, is prob in EU.

Where's the evidence of that? I'm not sure how you can say the "Warner" secretly liked Blu Ray and the argueably 2nd class status we've seen to date was all down to Nickerson.
