David Vaughn at AVS said he had a conversation with a contact at Warner last night who apparently found the rumor to be "hilarious".

I figured I should post just to get in on this thread while it lasts. I have a feeling it will empty out pretty fast in a couple of hours (or at least get ugly).

Atleast we called it that this rumor would be started by someone at AVM$. I bet the culprit is LEE STEWART! If something came out of this thread is that this thread put a lot of doubt on those HD-DUD fans & potential customers. I doubt this will be the end of this situation.
