Well if it really is an AVS member, what the Hell is their problem?!? This is the nastiest prank I've seen in a while. Although we should accept some responsibility here because we all freaked out and made it thread of the year. These guys are starting to make this war personal and it's not appreciated. I do believe that WB will make this announcement but in Q1 2008. So you've had your laugh OP but we'll have ours in 2008...and it will actually be true.

YES HD-DVD should consider NEW LINE announcement lately and should guess why HD-DVD has been postponed Because NEW LINE STUDIOS gone Exclusivity for BLU-RAY even it is not declared yet.

WARNER sees BD is the future and this is true and i guess January 2008

WARNER will be BLU-RAY ONLY.

HD-DVD is Dead, game OVER

The question I have is. There was a thread opened shortly after this one basically saying the same thing but announcing HD-DVD exclusivity posted by "the oracle". WHy did the mods close that thread and not this one? Spare us the grief already, please.

But if someone knew it was a hoax, knew the identity of the poster ,knew it was going to happen ,watched it go down.

Doesnt that make him an accomplice?

Not that starting rumors are a crime but if you guys ban the OP then it makes sense to ban the accomplices.

basically somebody just changed Blu-ray wording to HD DVD.
And how come in that second announcement said that all BD exclusive will be released on HD DVD before Q2 2008?

Right so what makes this thread more valid than the other. If I were the mod after seeing the second announcment I would have locked them all up as it is just flame bait.
