Stalling on work and things I should be doing because I'm in that mood once again. Don't know weather to choke it out, listen to music, or put the ole keister on cinder blocks and let the engine run for a few hours. which means to say, I don't know how I feel. And for once that sort of scares me. I'm never like this usually. Happy? Yes, but it's a strange feeling. Not the usual happy. Last night may have played a part in that. For the first time in I don't know how long, I sat down and watched two movies without much interruptions if any at all. I made it all the way through Jurassic Park on 4K without any.

I was glued to the set. I didn't fall asleep either. On a 100" screen, you can see the turd that the 4K presentation really is (But I'm glad I have it). Strangely, my next movie couldn't have look any better unless I saw a mint 35mm presentation at The Belcourt. It was Speed. Disney and Fox are not known for stellar presentations EVERY time. They're more a mixed bag it seems than Universal. But boy, did Speed look good. I fell asleep for about 5 minutes or so and sort of petered out in the last 15 minutes. But it was still a success for the most part.

Listening to the Blake Babies final album and trying to clean out my files so I can get some space. I've got 3 external hard drives full (2.5 TB) and I've still got at least another 1TB of 4K files to redownload. That doesn't include my iCloud Drive files. Plus, I've got a number of files I want to download (100GB maybe). I've got to get a 14-16TB external hard drive.

So, I joined a gym last week on Monday and now I go 4 days a week, stopped running completely and started to eat about 4,000 calories a day (based on my current weight, age and height)...with about 100g of protein a day. I am eating every 2 hours and drinking a lot of water too. Plus I am taking creatine to help with recovery/off days..gained 3 lbs in 10 days..pretty sure it is all muscle as I have no fat to convert to muscle. Looking forward to more noticeable results in a few months.
Just got back from the gym, and I thought I would follow upon my email from November 19th. Been going to the gym now for almost 5 weeks and gained a total of 16 lbs (was 144, now I am 160, target weight is 185) so not bad for 5 weeks. Still eating over 4,000 calories a day and over 125 grams of protein a day. I have one particular short sleeve shirt I wore the first day I started to gain weight and work out, and it was a little baggy on me. Now, I can tell it is tighter and I would not say it is baggy at all....looks like the work I am putting in with my diet and at the gym is starting to payoff.

Been a week with the lovely flu. Body aches seem to be going away so I’m hoping this thing will be gone after the weekend.

Fors* gaining weight ftw! I lost about 7lbs during this but my appetite is slowly coming back.

Hope you feel better soon....I have never been sick a day in my life (never a cold, flu, covid, food poisoning, virus, no allergies, etc....) That's 57 years of living......and no idea how you feel.

Once someone who has not seen me in a while makes a remark that I look "bigger" or "have you been working out?", then I know for real that it is paying off.

I was supposed to have a VA appointment today for an EKG, but when I called to see if I could get an earlier appointment, the woman said it was for an injection. Not knowing about this injection I was scheduled to receive, I canceled it. I got a call back and it was confirmed that the appointment was for the EKG as expected. I already had other plans so I rescheduled it for next week.

I went to BK to use a coupon for two Whopper Jrs. and two medium fries and then I came to Costco for a soda and strawberry sundae. Now I'm at Costco using my laptop. I would be getting ready to catch the bus home but it was canceled so now I have another half hour to wait. Not a big deal though as it gives me more time to surf. Internet is still down at home.

I received my orders from Adidas and opened them today. I ordered two of their Z.N.E. hoodies and I think I'll keep both colors. I didn't take them out of the bags yet but I am wearing my new fleece top and I like it.

That looks really good......nice taste in clothes.

So you ate both Jr Whoppers, both med fries and the sundae in an hour or 2? I remember those days being able to eat that together....if I did that now, not sure my body wouldn't shutdown for a spell...or I would need to take a nap, LOL!

Thanks! I think I have pretty good taste in clothes but my fashion sense overall, I dunno lol

Yeah, I had them all within 45 minutes probably. I would have finished a little sooner but I took the bus so had a little weight after BK.

I’m ready for my motorcycle. I’m not sure the OTD price but I’m assuming maybe $20K give it take. Unfortunately my credit scores, according to CreditKarma, dropped about 30 points but I’m still above 715. Not sure how much of a difference that would make. I can either buy soon with $5K down or wait until Spring and have more to put down. I am eager to ride!🏍️

I loved the first 4 seasons of Dexter and enjoyed parts of seasons 5-7. Not getting Showtime just to see this just yet.

About to play more Metaphor Refantazio and soak my feet in an epsom salt bath. Kinda hard to believe my feet need relief after so many thousands of miles of running.

Could you wait for the 2025 models to come out? You could get a good deal on a 2024 model if you wait.

Lounging in bed after work and deciding where I’m going to eat lunch. This is the start of my weekend I may for Mountain Mikes again for lunch buffet or I may go somewhere cheaper. Going to use PT again so won’t be able to get around as quickly but want to try and hit The Container Store to pick up an order, the Lululemon store, check out the Fjallraven store for the first time and hit Cycle Gear again to check out more helmets. Luckily the stores are all in the same area.

I have received both Adidas hoodies and I’m not sure I’ll return one of them. I have more hoodies than one person could possibly need. I do like both of them though. I can’t wait to have a walk-in closet again.
