don't have to. just put your ex-boss on the limited facebook profile. you can block access to your wall. that's what i do with certain persons

i'm fuming! just found out that Disney ships their stuff using UPS.. looks like i'll refuse delivery because there's no way i'll pay the ridiculous stupid brokerage fee on a $35 order

go into privacy settings, click on edit settings in the "how you connect" section, from there, go to "Who can see Wall posts by others on your profile?" and choose custom, there you can either choose to make your wall visible to your network/friends or you can hide it from certain persons. in your case, it's the hide it from and enter their names. should work like a charm
