Watching a bit of Fresh off the Boat before I pick up lunch and read Oedipus Rex. Oh right, that co-worker who was supposed to work Tuesday and they couldn't get ahold of? Showed up 90 minutes late and worked his shift, then got suspended for 3 days. I knew that guy was a flake when I met him, probably wouldn't have suspended him for that though unless he's chronically late.

That is a bit harsh of a punishment, but at least you know now that they can do stuff like that for the littlest thing.... So don't ever complain about dishpan hands, or they'll probably make you muck the toilets.

Spending over an hour looking for a new movie to watch. Just feels like I have seen so much crap lately that I don't want to take a chance on something new. At this point I am going to spend more time looking for something than watching somethings. Looking more for horror or suspense.

I watched Jacobs Ladder and Action Point last night.

I think I am going to get some Chinese food and come back to pick something out. General Tso, here I come!!

hell, i've fired people for that. especially if they did't call and/or i couldn't get in touch with them.

Just bought a new screen/storm door for the door leading out to the deck. Gonna be some fall cross breezes going on up in here pretty soon!

A seller gave me a partial refund, although I have not received my items yet. Not sure what is going on for that one.

watching some TV and half listening to The Queen b1tch about her car not being fixed tonight, like I can control whether the parts store stock her apparently super rare (and freaking expensive!) fuel pump. I ended up ordering it from RockAuto.com as I figure from past experience I'll receive it quicker than the local Advance Auto will, plus it's much cheaper even with S&H. But still, I guess she was planning to work tonight - I told her she can take the Jeep or my truck, if she really wanted to go in, but that shes supposed to be on bereavement leave that they shouldn't expect her to work for another 8 days! ((yeah that's not going over well))
