Also, someone walk me through this chain of though b/c I’m lost.
I work for an insurance co. that has multiple military contracts. We get an email this morning that the other part of our company, which handles a is having phone issues. We have no affiliation w/this other contract other than the fact that another part of our company works on it. A dr’s office calls me in regards to this other line not working and asks me what they should do?? ![]() I tell her to call them this afternoon and she got pissed!!! I wanted to ask her if she calls wal-mart when she can’t get through to target?? ![]() |

I'm being serious. Sounded to me that you are 1 company with multiple departments or divisions, each handling its own contracts.

How is she supposed to know? You say "one about the other" -- but you are one company. Does she have something saying that your company is divided into divisions, and her contract is serviced by one division and not the other? I wager her contract has your company's name on it and that's it.
