Overall, I’m very happy with the Leicester story as I feel I witnessed real history…something in sports that I’ll never see again.

I love watching Prem league action….still trying to convert PeterTHX.
I just wish that the FA would someday instruct all referees to come down hard on all the shenanigans that occur during corner and free kicks. I feel it degrades the sport and the league.

Agreed, it's something truly special in the annals of world sport.

It'd be great if they really clamped down on it but I dunno if they've got enough eyes and ears on the pitch to catch every grapple at every set-piece. Even Platini's extra assistants behind the goal are about as useful as a concrete parachute. But if they then bring in video replays, does that mean the game will grind to a halt after every corner? Hopefully there'll be a limited amount of 'challenges' that a manager or captain can use.

The camera didn't even show us. They switched to the bench after Defoe ran into the corner!

Anyway, did you see Khazri's goal? What a screamer!

I really enjoyed MOTD last night. It was just a shame Mr Shearer was in hiding!

Great to see Leicester fans in tears. It was very emotional.

I saw a bloke jumping around in a green jacket with a blue top, but you said grey. Sorry, I've got the wrong Mackem.

I tell you what really got me about Leicester's celebrations yesterday, sentimental sod that I am: Bocelli singing Nessun Dorma. I'll always have such a fondness for that piece of music after Italia '90, but hearing it yesterday with the whole stadium singing along sent shivers down my spine just watching it on TV. Actually being there must've been utterly unreal. Never has that final line of vincero been more apt: it means "I will win".

It was great. Real family occasion with woman and kids rightly a big part of the crowd. Unforgettable day for Leicester.

Mind you Geoff, it was very emotional at our place as well. The roar when Defoe scored was incredible and l completely lost it! That's why I thought I might be on tv. I was at the front (we ran to the front) when Defoe came over to us. A few fans ran on the pitch but the tv always misses the exciting stuff. It's like Mary Whitehouse is running the BBC!

Yes Geoff u r right I completely forgot about City being knocked out against Madrid says a lot about the performance they put in.

If we win the final we go straight into the group stages added money from Champions League hopefully given to Klopp to get the players he wants.

Two good games on the box today how do Spurs response at Southampton?

Fancy City against Arsenal today they need to put in a good showing after the exit from Champions League.

We have Watford today expecting 7 or more changes from midweek hopefully enough to get the 3 points.

This might be the start of something special for Liverpool, if Klopp can do that with someone else's team then imagine what he could do with his own players brought in.

Not bothered about watching the Spurs game but I'll definitely be tuning in for City vs Arsenal because suddenly there's something to fight for, both teams will be desperate for the points.

Since the appointment of Pep Guardiola was made public he has been linked with a lot of players as we all expected.
But lets say if this was true david i don't want to lose Bellerin he has good potential, pace.touch, movement, going forward at the right time and good technique.
He has areas of his game he needs to work on like more defensive position awareness for example but he is someone that i want to see at our club for the future.

No, the camera went off Defoe and missed the fans running on pitch. I was at front, (not daft enough to run on pitch) you would have seen me lol.

Some send off from the Citeh fans for Pellegrini, half them leaving he won 3 trophies in his time with them and that's how they thank him. Shocking.

Good point Tob, some lovely football for Sanchez goal.

Happy with our win but I hope we field our strongest team Wednesday against Chelski hate them fcukers.

I was going to bring up that point about Pellegrini glad you did david.
They could not wait and show some respect to the man they showed a lack of class their today but that's what you get with Man.city.
We were not good enough in the first half city closed us down but our possession of the ball was poor but in the second it was bit better for us on the defensive side of things and it was a good build up for the goal by Sanchez.
I still feel Cech could have gotten down quicker to the ball for De Bruyne's goal but a draw is a fair result.

Spurs have fallen to pieces it seems. Excellent. Drop down to third place by the end of the season?

Depends. If we win on Wednesday I don't care. I want Arsenal to get second. If we lose, I hope Spurs get second because that will mean Newcastle don't beat them.

I'm sure my Arsenal friends understand. I hate Spurs but my clubs future is at stake.
